The workout was incinerator (which I love) and then I decided to do MMX too!!
Threw in some Body Attack and RPM on my spin bike!🚴🏼♀️🚴🏼♀️🚴🏼♀️
Killer workout day, it felt great!
Cafe latte shakeo (with a shot of BBP chocolate whey recovery!). So good!
My food has been horrible but my workouts good and shakeology great!
BURN, the 1st part of The Knockout Method (TKM), eat when you're hungry, when your "incinerator" is open. Since I'm walking my ass off (excuse the French, but I am in Europe 😜), my incinerator opens more often and burns more intensely. Good thing because the food is delicious! Boomdiada!!!
***no excuses*** -Last night I had a major allergy attack and had to take Benadryl at about 1am
- kids woke us up for Easter egg hunt at 6:30am
- had to grocery shop and prepare food and my house for 20 people
- my knee is in bad shape
I had one and a half hours before 20 people were showing up at my house and I looked at my husband and said I need to do my workout or I'll be so mad at myself....he said....go do it!
I will not let excuses keep me from my goals. When you throw out all the excuses is when you will find your results!! I did an upper body workout so not to further injure my knee and got it done in 30 minutes!! Time to shower and get the kids dressed!! Happy Easter!! #noexcuses#incinerator @tonyshorton
It would have been really easy today to have a lazy morning.
Everyone is home today.
Slept in a little later this morning.
Everyone is asking for family breakfast time.
It's snowing outside which puts a damper on everything. Ugh!
Do you see where I could have easily not worked out? Could have been easy to brush it under the rug.
Then I seen one of my favorite workouts on the schedule!! Let's get it done!!
And I did! The 30 minutes flew by and I was wishing it was longer!! Really 30 minutes is only 2% of my day.
Now for family breakfast!
Workout compliments of #P90X3#Incinerator which is an upper body massacre to say the least. It's one move with weights 10 reps each and then another move of the same muscle for 30 sec. Talk about exhausting the muscles. It also gives you a cardio effect since you are getting all the moves done in 30 minutes. Sweaty strength routine....I love it! 💪🏼 .

And again here is one of those moves that is better left in the comfort of your own home. It's called Flipper from #P90X3#Incinerator and really works your shoulders & core after 30 sec. because it's so concentrated. But also I noticed some gains in the trunk, and baby I will take that!!!! 😍
