Sometimes you just really need a plate full of pancakes and a belly full of happy. 😍🤗 Post workout meal today was pancakes topped with @cocoabarinajar, mixed berries, and a healthy chocolate sauce (unsweetened cocoa powder, stevia, + water). I love Sundays 😊 because there's actually time to make things like pancakes and waffles.

The best part about these are that it is homemade !! Each mochi is filled with loads of durian pieces!
Definitely not the easiest ones to make since the durian melts so fast compared to taro.

One of the best ideas I've ever had, is to make a ("self-invented") #TortillaCake 😱 It was so unbelievable good! In the beginning I just wanted to cook some #burritos but I ended up with this 😅 Ingredients: low fat ground meet, pepper, carrots 🥕 corn 🌽 chopped tomatoes 🍅 onion, garlic & #texmex spicery for the "sauce" and some cheese 🧀 & tortilla in between. Eigentlich wollte ich was anderes kochen, bin ich froh das ich stattdessen das gemacht habe 😍 Wenn ihr mal Eindruck schinden wollt, probiert es aus- so schwer ist es gar nicht! Habe zu dem fertigen #Taco Gewürz, aber noch Salz, Pfeffer (auch Cayenne), Chilli & süßes Paprikapulver hinzugefügt. Also ich würze immer sehr doll, aber schmeckt es einfach für euch ab! 😌 In der Story könnt ihr sehen wie ich das Ganze zubereitet habe 🙂 Es schmeckt wirklich so gut - Dafür nimmt man (fast) gerne zu! 😂 Habs aber so "gesund" wie möglich gehalten 🙈 Verwendet wenige und ausgewählte Fette und vielleicht auch Vollkorn #Tortillas (hatte ich leider nicht) und ansonsten baut es einfach in den #Cheatday ein! 😋
confession: i am NOT very good at meal prep 🙋🏻🤷🏻♀️ instead, i usually cook one big meal during the week and make sure i have enough for leftovers... everything else gets thrown together on the fly 🐥
but one thing i've been making to have on hand every week is this bright creamy pesto - to put on eggs, pasta, sandwiches, bowls, etc. 🌿🍃 its super adaptable to whatever you have in the fridge, but the basic chemistry stays the same: 2 cups fresh basil + a handful of greens (optional, but i am trying to use up some leftover salad greens!) + a handful of nuts or seeds (walnuts, pine nuts, almonds, etc... or pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds for my nut-free friends!) + 1/3 cup parmesan or @kitehillfoods cream cheese (to keep it dairy-free) + 1 tbsp lemon juice + 1-2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil + s&p and garlic powder to taste 🌱💚 #pestooneverything#greendream#whatalieats

Deep, dark flourless chocolate ricotta muffins to cure a weekend gone wrong. We were supposed to welcome home our Sheepadoodle puppy yesterday but his homecoming is now either delayed or uncertain due to unforeseen circumstances. These muffins won't fill the void, but they are surpringly tasty and make me feel less bad about missing my workouts yesterday and today.
