⬅️ LEFT PICTURE 2015: doing cardio 3-5 days a week, cable training and ab exercises a few days a week, eating whatever I wanted or starving myself completely. ➡️ RIGHT PICTURE 2017: doing interval running 2-3 days a week, lifting weights 5-6 days a week trying to engage my core in every exercise I do, doing 5-8 minutes of abs a few days a week, and having a well balanced diet, drinking lots of water.
Your results are completely based on the work that you put in. Wishing, wanting and complaining about the body you want and better lifestyle you desire gets you absolutely no where. Either decide to make the changes necessary in your life to be where you want to be and get what you want out of life, or continue to let it pass you by while you keep hoping for a better tomorrow. ✨

Raise your hand if you like pizza🙋 and for those of you who didn't raise your hand....well you are a monster (totally kidding). But for real I have a serious pizza problem as in I could eat it literally every day of my life.
But I'm always looking to try new ways that I can eat pizza everyday and still be a gleaming vision of health, so last night I tried my very first cauliflower pizza crust, and it actually turned out pretty good! It doesn't taste like regular pizza (obviously) but I will definitely be opting for this healthier option whenever I'm craving some za. This recipe is both gluten and dairy free as well as paleo friendly! (But you can modify however you like) ----
TO MAKE IT:
🍕2-3 cups of cauliflower florets (for personal pizzas), chop them up in a food processor until their about the size of rice, put the florets in a bowl and cook for 5 minutes, squeeze out all the excess water
🍕put the cauliflower in a mixing bowl with 1 egg, and whatever spices you want. I did Italian seasoning and garlic powder and made an Italian herb crust. Place in a baking pan and cook in an oven for 20 minutes at 365 degrees
🍕take it out and choose your toppings! On mine I put tomato basil marinara sauce, more garlic powder, basil, grilled chicken, chopped onion and some spinach (put the spinach on within the last 5 minutes of cooking) put that ish back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

Every day that I go to the gym is a small triumph. I'll admit I'm far from perfect, I flex in most of my pictures on this page, and that I don't work out as much or as heavily as I would like to most days.
I had a conversation this morning with my boyfriend and found myself asking him, "I could be jacked easily. Why am I not jacked yet?" And he sort of saw it as a silly question. He giggled and poked me in the tummy saying, "you just don't push yourself enough!" It's funny how just that one little phrase motivated me to push myself really hard at the gym this morning, harder than usual at least. I always wonder what motivates me, I'm fascinated with the psychology of it. I think maybe I'm the type that wants to prove people wrong and maybe even prove myself wrong. I dunno. I suppose it depends on the day, too.
Some days I need a little TLC. Some days I need someone to knock some sense into me. And some days I need to eat pizza and drink wine all night. I think I'm happy with where I'm at right now though.
Find what motivates you. Do it for me. Cause I'm still trying to figure it out. Happy lifting 💕 .
