Bit of a technology fail on my part at today's @the_bhf 10k. I know that when I passed the 10km mark on my Fitbit I was at 51:19 but forgot to stop it at the finish line so the clock kept on ticking. I reckon it must have been around 52:30 finish time but not entirely sure! Некоторым овощам свойственен естественный солоноватый привкус. Это, например, помидоры, болгарский перец (особенно зеленый) и сельдерей. Откроем вам небольшой секрет: в сушеном виде вкус и аромат овощей становится более насыщенным, поэтому для замены соли лучше использовать именно сушеные овощи. 
3. Лимонный сок 
Кислинка лимона – прекрасная замена для соли, которая, к тому же, обогатит вкус блюда и сделает его более полезным за счет высокого содержания витамина С. Особенно вкусно заправлять лимонным соком салаты и рыбу. 
4. Уксус 
С этим заменителем соли нужно быть аккуратным: лучше всего разводить его с небольшим количеством воды. Сегодня в магазинах можно приобрести не только яблочный, но и винный, рисовый, бальзамический и множество других видов уксусов. Они могут заменить не только соль, но и майонез во многих блюдах. 
5. Водоросли нори 
Морская капуста богата морской солью, клетчаткой и йодом. Обычно прессованные листы нори используют для приготовления роллов и других блюд азиатской кухни, однако, если смолоть их в кофемолке, вы получите чудесную солоноватую приправу для салатов и вторых блюд.
