I forgot to write the exercises down and forgot to do the push up in the first exercise and I did my tricep dips a little different (I think I was targeting a different muscle group but it still was hard). 50 Push Up touch Knee (I couldn't do these before).
50 Squat and Twist .
50 Single Arm Deadlift - Left.
50 Single Arm Deadlift - Right .
50 1/2 Burpee with Tricep Dip .
My time 15.45.
12kg or 26.4lb kettlebell
