If there's a nice locker room with good lighting, you know I'm gonna selfie in ittt! In Las Vegas but still wanted to get a lil sweaty this morning. I usually never work out in the morning but with there being a 3 hour time difference here it feels like the afternoon😂 the hotel gym here is nice so I could actually get a decent work out in. Did a whole body circuit type thang just to keep my heart rate up and get in and out so now I can go enjoy some breakfast and mimosas with the fam. Happy #feelgoodfriday !

I have been extremely shy my entire life. When anxiety gets added on top of that it makes it so much worse. I didn't allow myself to get out there and experience great friendships and simply enjoy life. I stayed in my comfort zone.
I stumbled across this lady on Facebook that was always posting about her workouts and how much fun she was having going to these great events. .
But me being the shy girl in her shell I was to afraid to reach out to her. I told my mom all about her and she got started right way. .
I am now apart of Joelle Suess team MisFitRepublic. Let me tell you I have gained so much from working on myself mentally and physically. I am slowly breaking out of that shell I was in. I am earning an income by doing something I love to do. I have found true happiness. I can't wait to see what the future holds. .

2cs de hibisco
450ml de água fervente
2 pacotes de gelatina incolor hidratada em 50ml de água e adoçante a gosto (indico stévia)
Modo de preparo:

Ya sé ya sé no me reten😂 les debía esta receta ✋🏽 Torta/budín de 🍎 Manzana 🍏
-1 tz de salvado de avena
-1/2 tz de coco rallado -1/4 tz de mantequilla de maní (2 cucharadas)
-2 huevos y 4 claras ( yo usé chicos x eso tantos) -1 manzana rallada ( yo usé verde, pero pueden usar roja)
-1 cucharada de aceite (el q usen)
-1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear -esencia de vainilla
Batir las claras a punto nieve y después irle agregando los demás ingredientes batiendo de forma envolvente para que no se bajen las claras ( yo primero agrego los líquidos, huevos, aceite, esencia de vainilla. Después la manzana, y los sólidos, y por ultimo la mantequilla de maní 🥜) Llevan a molde de silicona o engrasado y lo cocinan en horno hasta que esta hecho ✅
Creo que no me olvidé de nada🤔

I'm going out in Newport tonight after my boyfriends work event (a beer festival tonight & tomorrow - talk about dream job 🍻) I will most likely drink if we decide to go out after, but I am cautious. For example I decide to stay away from beer and wine when I'm trying to watch my calorie intake. I used to drink vodka tonics until I realized how much sugar was in tonic. Personally my drink of choice is a vodka soda with lime juice! So delicious and around 100 calories 👌🏼👌🏼 Cheers loves 🍸🍸#treatyoself
