23 weeks pregnant to 14 weeks postpartum
This was by far my healthiest pregnancy. I ran(even a half marathon)up until 32 weeks. I worked out until 38 weeks. She was born at 39 weeks. I gained 35 lbs compared to 50 with my 1st two kiddos. My recovery from my c-section was night and day difference.
It took me over 6 months to get anywhere close to my pre-pregnancy weight with my first 2 kiddos. This pregnancy I am 3.5 months post partum and 9 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight.
What have I done? 30 minute at home workouts 5-6 days a week. I haven't set foot in a gym in over a year. I haven't ran since my half marathon in October. I have hady fair share of not so healthy foods. But I also have stuck to 80/20 for the most part.
