I am HUMAN. 💁🏼 Spent the weekend with my family out of town so I didn't have my prepped meals. Nor was I strict with myself this passed weekend. I definitely enjoyed several junk meals. In my family, eating is a part of enjoyment and spending time with one another. But now I'm back, I'm ready to refocus and get back into regular routine and conquer my upcoming goals. 😊 I make sure I don't let a vacation or a single weekend throw off my entire journey that I been working at the last 3 years. It doesn't make sense to throw away 3 years of progress just for a weekend getaway. Enjoy yourself, live in the moment, and then get back on and move forward. Messed up my usual training split during the week, so opted for a "light" body weight day on Sunday to get ready to restart the week
•minimal equipment-paper towels and a resistance band
Lower body warm up:
•100 banded, double leg floor hip thrusters
•50 single leg floor hip thrusters, each side
•single leg reverse, deep, sliding lunges: straight back, 45 degree angle back, side lunge-aim for weight placement on your heel with glute activated, push strongly through the heel and squeeze at the top for more
🎥Clip 2 + 3
•knees to elbows using sliders (don't have sliders so I used paper towels) pull in sharp and hard
•plank ups-started with my right, counted my reps and matched reps starting with my left
•deficit push ups, 4 sets of 5 reps. No clip from this day, but I have a post of these in my feed
Repeat the circuit 3 times
Never underestimate using your own body weight. Just because you don't have weights in your hands doesn't mean it's always easy!

How do I make ALL my gains? I usually like to casually chill and strike a pose on the dumbbell rack while everyone else lifts lol.
