In Japan, broken objects are often repaired with gold. The flaw is seen as a unique piece of the object's history, which adds to its beauty. Consider this when you feel broken.
Di Jepang, barang yang rusak sering diperbaiki dengan emas. Kelemahan itu dilihat sebagai bagian unik dari sejarah benda tersebut, yang menambah keindahannya. Ingatlah hal ini ketika kamu merasa hancur.
Friday night 💚💚
I feel great transforming from the outside-in this time.
By acknowledging my physical body more, I am acknowledging this vehicle that must be in healthy condition in order for me to do my works here on Earth.
This fitness journey is teaching me a lot about testing my limits, paying attention to my THOUGHTS, my SELF-TALK, trusting that I can do better than I THINK I can, that the Ego can assume victimhood/weakness, the mind can assume things are impossible or un-reachable, and this encourages me to let go of excuses. I feel stronger physically and also mentally. For a while, I used to shy away a little from gyms and fitness because I only saw egoic tendencies connected to it... which was a turn-off for me, personally. Now I am finally overstanding and can better appreciate this "gym lifestyle", and the many ways individuals can grow from this. Every time I finish a session I feel accomplished and a step further into a more whole, healthy, and balanced Self & Life! A product of Self-Love 💗✨. A deeper more wholesome connection with Self.

Such good people !!!Alhamdulilah ...They are by far some of the most respectful people I've met in my life. The whole vibe of the country is different than here. Morals, honor, and respect means EVERYTHING there. They have almost a ZERO crime rate. No little girls twerking and being fresh. No little boys cursing, disrespecting the little girls. The respect for elders is how it used to be here. The respect for women is MANDATORY!They treat my Mother, Wife, Sister and Myself like royalty. Partly because of tradition and because my Grandfather was Chief of the region. My Father is in his position now. Im grateful for my Mother, sister and of course my wife...My wife fit right in with her cool self. My Dad loves her like a daughter. Life is good!!! If Yu have a family that loves yu, a spouse who loves and respects Yu in public and private, a roof over your head, clothes and food.. YOUR WINNING! Don't let ANYBODY tell Yu different... #givethanks#begrateful#youcantcountyourblessings#itstoomanytocount#stayfocused#fulani#ghana#africa#coolkids#usneverthem#thezillas#westafrica#jollof#whichfavorsofyourlordwillyoudeny ????
There are people better off than you. There are also people worse off than you.
There are people who have a lot but have no joy. There are people who despite having little rejoice.
You may not have been given a lot. But you also haven't lost it all.
You may not have fulfilled your dreams. But you still have time to pursue them.
Things may not have worked out according to the way you planned. But in time, things will work out the way He planned.
The grass isn't greener on the other side. The grass is greener where you water it.
I realize that the more thankful I am about who I am and what I have, the more I grow and receive.
Abundance isn't based on having a lot. Abundance lies in the spirit of being grateful and knowing that I have more than enough. The question isn't "How can I have more?". The question is "What can I achieve with what I already have?" Count your blessings. Be a blessing. And you will in return be blessed abundantly more than you have ever hoped for.
That's karma : Sow as you reap. Reap as you sow.
