Workout done for the day! Man have I lost some strength over the last two weeks 😬 but I'll get it back! I hit some shoulders and chest today with cardio. Now time to refuel and repair with some Chocolate Milkshake Phormula 1 and Ignition cuz I want to be able to lift my arms up tomorrow 😂💪🙆
Lower Lats tend to be a problematic area for many!

2: Kayak Row
3: Supinated Grip Low Row on Chest Press
Try them out, focusing on achieving peak contraction in that area and let me know what you think!
Wtf- can someone please tell me why I didn't celebrate whatever the eff wine holiday today is?
