Unfortunately I couldn't get my hands on a pair of extra smalls (WHY are extra smalls ALWAYS sold out at launch? Somebody answer me this forreal), so I'm excited for the launch of new colors!

Saw these from @whitneyysimmons and thought I'd test them out, I did 8 reps and quit because they sucked a lot 🤷🏼♀️ Training is only at 60% intensity right now which I'll chat about tomorrow so I didn't want to do any more but I will definitely be doing these again when my body can handle it!
contrary to the serious bitch resting face going on in this pic, im having a GREAT DAY yall💪 First time in a days that Ive felt super motivated for the gym and it was awesome😋 Im switching up my workout split this week a little, mostly because Im sick of having a day thats just core and cardio🙅 So instead im gonna have a chest day, back day, and an added in accessory arms + core day. I also have 2 leg days and on saturdays i do whatever i want, usually some kind of circuit. To my fitfam, what are your workout splits? I want ideas! •••
-started with 15min of hiit sprints
1) Bench Press 3x8
2a) DB Flies 4x10
2b) DB Arnold Press 4x10
3a) Close Grip Bench Press 4x12
3b) DB Front Raise 10x
4) DB Bench Press 3x8
5) Incline DB Press 3x8->10 (dropset)
6) Bodyweight pushups to failure for 3 sets
I have lots of work to do so Im gonna be SUPER productive tonight guys. If i write it down it will happen. Hopefully.

I remember taking the photo on the left. My 22nd birthday. My mental health was in such a good place.... or so I thought. It was the first time in my life where I felt comfortable in my own skin and proud of my body. LOLOL if only naive Hannah knew that her ankle was about to give out, her upper body was about to spaz out in the aftermath of a car wreck, which resulted in a 17lb weight gain due to medication, hormone fluctuations and stress. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
I'm not sure if naive 22 year old Hannah was strong enough to handle that stuff then. But she without a doubt is strong enough now. The events of the past year showed me where my ultimate strength and self worth lie 🙏🏻... and that I am far more than my successes, physical abilities (and inabilities), or a silly number on the scale. Even though my little booty grew a tad since the first photo was taken- I am still the same Hannah NO MATTER what size or shape I am. And you are too. Not the same @health.byhannah obviously. The world can only handle one of those👌🏻 but the same YOU💕
Muchas mujeres sufren de falta de fuerza en los brazos, flacidez etc. Y para muchas es un tema y esto se puede deber a:
Mucha grasa en tu dieta
No controlar las porciones
No tomar suficiente agua (agua pura)
No trabajar correctamente los músculos del brazo.
Recuerda que el tríceps es el 60% de la composición del mismo entonces, es importante no minimizarlo pero tampoco sobre entrenarlo, yo solo dedico 1 vez a la semana cada músculo del brazo (localizado) pero si una de las cosas que le debo a la práctica constante de yoga es que me ha ayudado a mantenerlos firmes y, aunque en vivo no se me vea medioooo brazo para mi que sean capaces de despegarme del suelo me basta y sobra porque pasé de ser una debilucha de brazos a poder mi propio cuerpo ❤ con constancia día a día, tú también puedes 👌
