2 Years ago.....I made the decision to join JMAX FITNESS....turns out it was the best decision I ever made!! 16 months ago I took the 2 outside photos....J always talked about accountability....so I started to listen....and these photos were a massive wake up call 😱 By no means am I saying I was "fat" I hate using that word...BUT it was a slippery slope....I was becoming overweight for my age and height and for the amount of exercise I have done over the years how was this possible?? Surely what I ate I would have burned it off in the gym?? WRONG!! I was so unhappy when I saw these photos....how can I...yes ME do this to myself...never mind the mental impact of not feeling good in my own skin...but the physical impact on my health this could have in years to come 😕
With the guidance at J MAX FITNESS on nutrition and training...I took progress pictures every week...I was accountable to J and Johnnie and I was accountable to ME!!! I am not saying it's easy...there are days were I just had to have treats...we are only human...but as I started to see progress....I started to feel more determined...confident and the motivation you get from seeing yourself change physically is enough to keep you going....and this is how I got the photo in the middle which was taken on Saturday!
I am sharing this because a lot of girls say to me I don't remember you needing to loose weight, I could never do what you do, were you every big to begin with, you had a great figure and so on....but I am to only human...I ate shite....and thought I could get away with it...but it eventually was catching up on me!! It's not easy to put a photo like this up for everyone to see...but it goes to show if I can do it....anyone can 👌 I have worked my ass off to get where I am today....BUT it would never have been possible with JMAX FITNESS and I truely mean that....ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IF YOU PUT YOUR MIND IT 💪

Hey fitfam, just a little update with what's been going on. I've had a few health issues lately that has stopped me from doing a lot of things, especially working out. 😔
Once I have the all clear, I'll be back into exercising! 💪🏼 Right now my inner health needs to improve in order for my overall wellbeing to be at its best. 😊
