Workout as become my alarm clock, I find my self getting lost in the beauty of it all, my body gets it too. Finding myself thinking of additional excersices I can do. I mean my body has understood what my mindset is at this point, its firm and its staying. It got me to thinking... "my desire to change must be greater than my desire to stay the same."
In other words, my reasons to do anything must be so much greater than any half excuse, that I laugh at any tiny excuses that come my way. I'm saying, It doesn't matter, it will be done sweatfully (lol you read right). It feels good to be in this zone, and to get the time to write this reflection, one day I will need these encouraging words. It's time to feel the push to move forward. I hope I have given you a reason to choose health today!! #Workingout is my #alarmclock , What's your wake up call?

This is my favorite workout top. Every time I see it, it motivates me to push harder. I do one extra rep, jump a little higher, squat a little lower. I see it in my reflection as I workout. 🏋
It reminds me of how far I've come and that without my team and my coach there to push me along, how often I would have quit, would have failed. But because of them, I'm one step closer to reaching my goals. 👍🏻👏🏻 Now that I'm a coach, I get that same joy of knowing that I can help others reach their goals.

We did it!! Working on legs and that shaky butt ha ha. Used to be able to do 195k on the leg press. Only got up to 175. Time to get stronger. 💪🏻👊🔥 Super sets of everything today. No dedicated day.
