My own 6 month transformation! For the past 3-4 months I've been trying to gain weight and grow! My daily caloric intake has been super high, giving me loads of energy so that I can lift heavier weights in the gym, and grow. It's taken a lot of patience, hard work and dedication to get to this point. I can't wait to see how much further I can get in another 6 months time💪🏼 Shoutout to my amazing coach @stephkontopoulos for the ongoing motivation and support💜
Big thanks to @brodiewest at @bulknutrients for giving alex and I a tour of their facilities and loading us up with these samples of their products, after the Tasmanian health and fitness expo over the weekend! Can't wait to try them over the next few weeks of training 💪🏻

HONESTY TIME: I weighed myself for the first time in three Ish weeks and, as I expected, I've gained around a kilo. I know this isn't much in reality but, as I said a couple of posts back, I do still rely on the scale a lot which I know I shouldn't. It's probably just muscle gain as I have been hitting a few pbs recently, but it is still really hard to accept and has made me feel very fluffy and the complete opposite of lean. So yeah that's just how I'm feeling right now, hopefully this won't continue and it's definitely something I need to work on but I want to be honest on here as much as possible so there you go! Overnight oats for breakfast! So super filling and really flexible for you to tailor to your own tastes and diet requirements! 💕 I made the base with rolled oats, 0% Greek yoghurt and water as I'm trying to reduce my fat intake this week (and I'm usually a sucker for almond milk ❤️) Next I added chia seeds, manuka honey, cinnamon, berries and half a banana 😍 No almond butter for me this morning but maybe later 😀
Tough going this morning, squatting a new PR of 110kg with a pain in my knee, but focused on my form and pushed through it...... Much needed rest day tomorrow and a chance to recover and recuperate before going again 👍
~PROGRESS~ Delighted with my training progress - mentally, and physically. I'm working on being the best I can be - pushing myself physically which is helping me mentally with the endorphin and confidence boost. Full marks for flattery for the guy who tried to guess my age - he guessed 23 - I'm 39! This morning I was working on my squats - standing on the flat side of a Bosu as a way of training my body to balance when it's got a 60kg plus bar on my shoulders 👊🏼
I'm essentially a glorified sun lounger 🙋 Hit me up for all your tanning opportunities, plus points are that it keeps me in the shade #gingerproblems Some people use suncream or even parasols, I just chuck a pal on my back 😂 Thanks @ninahealthily for the trust!
