Hoping to hit 195x5 w/ pause at the end of the 5x5 phase. --- The bench press is a game of tightness. Getting your back as tight as possible and taking a wide enough grip (not overly wide) to distribute the weight across more muscles is key. A couple of ways to instantly press more weight include: ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปPinch your scapula together (and pack it down) so hard that it hurts ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปFlex your butt and bring your feet behind your knees (this allows you to use more leg drive)
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปSqueeze the bar as tight as possible (I used chalk so the bar wouldn't slip around in my hand, allowing for tighter grip). ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปTuck in your elbows and do not let them flare out. This will allow you to use your chest and less of your shoulders.

Okay so feeling like a slight rant coming on but it's all love peeps and my opinion will be different to everyone else's which is perfectly fine๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป -
I've listed TECHNIQUE as numero uno (number one), for me this is so important and you should have the Technique of any lift in the gym near enough perfect.(99%). For example when performing a Deadlift and your technique isn't spot on and can't lift the weight with the muscles the Deadlift is supposed to work which are, Glutes & Hamstrings! A lot of people are pulling way too much with the lower back, which long term or even short term can ruin your lower back. -
Speed is second for me because if we let the weight control our bodies then like I said above we want the technique to be near enough perfect (99%) You control the weight๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป depending on what type of lift your doing wether it be for power or strength were we want the bar to get up of the ground as fast as we can without breaking form then pull it as fast as you can with perfect form! The technique of the movement will break down if you can't control the weight which now will move us onto the weight!! -
The weight should be the last thing to worry about, if your letting your ego get the better off you in the gym and think I need to lift heavier every single lift everyday for the rest of your life ...๐Ÿ˜‚ Then problems will occur! Know what weight you can push for don't try jump up from 20kg to 80kg when you've never even tried 25kg,30kg,35kg etc. 
Be smart in the gym and look after your body we want to be able to do this for the rest off our life's not just do it for 5 years ruining our bodies for the future.
