I'm headed out this morning on a dance #VideoShoot for a documentary I was asked to be a part of. Last night, I was very wise with how I chose to eat so I could come in this morning with maximum tightness in my body AND feeling high-powered energy!
Yes, I chose FATS over CARBS. (Dun dun dun).... as all of my #BodyBuddies know, I want all who follow the #PowerFoodsLifestyle to choose PVF meals as their baseline, and eat PVC meals only for the following:
1) Energy needs of what your body requires for activity/daily function, and
2) Psychological sustainability. Not everyone is ready to cut yummy and succulent sugars and desserts out forever (myself included!) so we plan for our psychology (listen to Episode # on the Body Buddies Podcast).
So THIS delicious meal was made by my BF (such a charmer cause I was busy working).
• 1 strip bacon
• 4 oz. Angus burger
• Green leaf lettuce
(Funny thing is he read my book and listens to my podcast and lives/believes this lifestyle as fully as me! Once he started following #PFL his #Clusterheadaches went away and he more easily manages his #PTSD from 15 years in combat.).
So yeahhhhhhh.... believe me when I tell you to just GIVE IT A TRY!!
