You probably didn't know but - When I was younger my only dream job was to "Make new flavours for Häagen-Dazs." No joke, it was that specific. I even got into a B.Sc for Nutritional Sciences and then Culinary Management - Nutrition at @gbcchca in an effort to pursue this dream. I love Häagen-Dazs because they don't flaunt exotic flavours by overpowering and over sweetening. They have mastered the power of subtlety. Their flavours are forever innovative (at least in Asia... North America needs to pick up the slack!) and its nonchalant ways whispers for my attention. I can't help it - I never could. And it's makes me giggle inside that my name is on this mini bar.
