4th of July Cocktail idea: Citrus-rose-ade -
1 large pitcher,
2 grapefruits juiced,
2 lemons juiced,
2 orange juiced,
1/4 cup vodka,
1 tablespoon of rose simple syrup (see recipe), 8 sprigs of fresh thyme,
Lots of crushed ice,
1/2 a 12 ounce can of La Croix melon grapefruit (adjust portion depending on the size of pitcher) Garnish with 6 dried Roses In a large pitcher, combine lemon, grapefruit, and orange juice. Slowly stir in the simple syrup and vodka. Add sprigs of thyme, crushed ice and 1/2 can of La Croix melon grapefruit Stir and taste Garnish with roses. Serve in a glass and garnish each glass with thyme and rose.
