Found a picture with my old pants held up behind me. Those were some big pants. Almost couldn't shop at big and tall anymore. (Too big not too tall) 😂😂🤣

Successful Weight loss is 90% what you put in your mouth. Learn how to eat correctly so you're not waisting your time at the gym. I see people train and do cardio for hours and they never change. That's because you can't change without eating properly and most people have no clue where to start or how to eat properly for weight loss. It's really not that hard if you follow some simple rules. Anyone can do it! I can give you the knowledge, but you have to apply it!!!

Bis and shoulders today because everything else is sore to the touch ☠️ last night I stayed up until 2:00am sitting on my balcony reflecting and editing the YouTube video that ended up crashed and completely erased everything 😤 but that's another story. I came to the conclusion that I have been feeling out of my element lately. Not in the gym, my motivation here is fine. But mentally I am in this funk. Too often we talk about the highs of the gym with getting a great pump or feeling good about our physique and act as if outside of this world we are not human. I feel as if I am going through the motions and not feeling completely fulfilled. I have felt this taxing stress for a couple of weeks now. The need for more growth, the need for others to understand how I feel, the need for my relationships in life to be exactly as I picture them to be. And this is what I came to.. In life you control one thing and that is you. You wake up and live each day with the mindset that you choose. The life you pictured you would have doesn't always work out or maybe at least not in the time you thought it would. Living for today is what I am striving to be better at. I know I have been creating this negative mindset due to worrying. I anticipate situations and play out scenarios in 20 different ways. Today is a new day and a day to become someone you want to be. Taking time to yourself to really reflect on life and what weighs you down will help you to grow and identify problems. Now staying up until 2:00am to be up at 6:30am may not have been my smartest move but today I woke up with peace and a new clarity. Time to take on the day 😊
Are you DRVN ? People always ask me how I do it ? How I wake up at 3am daily go to the gym train my ass off then go work 10-12 hours doing a labour intense job. My answers simple ! If something's important to you then you'll find a way to make it work, and my routine is what works best for me makes life easier and I LOVE it ! Also I can't stand a busy gym, can't stand the kids walking around with stringers or tanks on with the body of Dobby from Harry Potter, chit chatting, doing half ass work outs, meanwhile when it's photo time that's when the efforts come in lmao. Also nothing's better then working a full day knowing you crushed the gym already and can sit back relax and do it all over again the next day. So long story short ... IM ALWAYS DRVN ! I love these sweaters, nice fit, great design. DRVN boys do it best ! @drvn_apparel
Okay time to get serious and get my sh*t together. I've planned to start my cut, and I thought I "stared weeks ago" but I still keep cheaing on myself and I go waaay over my macros, seems like I cannot get out of this "bulk mindset" I have since winter (it maybl be also cause by my graduation and constant stress fro school) but seriously I gotta bite my tongue and start making progress, to at least get back to this (in the pic above) physique I had 2-3 months ago.
Day 3 22 minute hard corps hell week...let's be honest I was letting out a lot of swear words today 🙈🙈but killed all three workouts..I don't how we are getting through this but with all the motivation us ladies are giving one another it makes us push harder even tho your dying🙈🙈on deck today cardio 1 cadio 3 and core 2...you may feel like your half dead but by the end when you are done you feel flipping amazing..I am so proud of us girls who are going through hell week it's no joke we tell ourselves everyday we can do this tony is kicking our butts be we love it😀😀no pain no gain happy Wednesday first up cardio 1 FYI the pictures don't give the sweat justice it was poring off 💦💦💦💪🏾

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

This prosciutto wrapped asparagus is an easy 4 ingredient recipe that's the perfect addition to any appetizer platter!
12 stalks fresh asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 slices prosciutto very thinly sliced
ground black pepper to taste
Preheat the broiler. Line a sheet pan with foil. Place the asparagus in a single layer on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil; toss to coat evenly. Cut each slice of prosciutto in half cross wise. Wrap the pieces of prosciutto around each stalk of asparagus. Season the asparagus to taste with black pepper. Broil for 3-4 minutes on each side until asparagus is cooked though and prosciutto is crispy on the edges. Serve immediately.

~ melt a few bars of dark chocolate in a bowl over boiling water. Pour a small layer into rubber cups (baking cups are fine too), put in freezer for 15 min. In the mean time, mix a few tbs of peanut butter with a few scoops of vanilla protein powder till you get a compact mixture. Fill in the cups with the mixture and cover with melted chocolate. Freeze for 30 min then serve with fresh hot coffee ☕️😜Enjoy💛
Humpday time! No training for me today because of work and my legs hurt like hell, but maybe I will be going to the sauna to relax a bit.
Je leest het goed , even geen training vandaag. Ik ben het niet gewend om zo veel te staan en lopen en gisteren en vandaag extra gewerkt. Dat betekend dus 8 uur per dag staan, aauw! Straks denk ik even lekker in de sauna bij de sportschool om een een beetje te ontspannen.
