"IT'S NOT ABOUT "HAVING" TIME, IT'S ABOUT MAKING TIME"
Recently got a message on how the only reason me and other fitness enthusiasts have time to train and eat the way we do only because we don't have to face the reality of regular jobs, supporting families etc... Let's clear something out., a lot of successful fitness influencers have actual jobs and literally all of'em have families!
Second., let me tell you a story!
Year and a a half ago I was working full time job. It wasn't even the desk job, it was strenous physical labor and I worked 10-12 hours 6 times per week.
Somehow I still managed to fit in 2 training sessions daily(morning routine and regular training session after job). I was waking up 4:30 AM EVERY DAY without exception to do my ab training, pull ups and dips and some days I even slept as little as 3-4 hours(sometimes even less).
I even gave my best to fit in the best possible and sustainable diet in that particular situation.
It wasn't the factor of craziness that was driving me on daily basis. Simple fact that I had my priorities set straight and I knew what had to be done to reach my goals. 👉EVERYONE HAVE TIME!!! It's not that you don't have time it's just that you let every external factor determines your actions. 👉Your focus and clearly set priorities will drive you through lack of motivation, tiredness and every other possible obstacle.👈 👉SAVE US OF YOUR EXCUSES, SET YOUR PRIORITES STRAIGHT, FIND A BEST POSSIBLE/SUSTAINABLE WAY TO REACH YOUR GOAL AND SIMPLY DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!👈 CONSISTENTLY!
My arms are puny atm(not for long), but at least I can make them so shredded so no one notice😂🔪😂😜 👉Check out my Instagram stories for daily training routines!👈 #motivation#fitnessmotivation#passion#quotes#grind
My #transformationtuesday is this amazing woman Maria. Thanks Maria for the kind words! ------ " I am almost 73 years old and weigh 100 pounds. Training with Cori is the best thing I've ever done for myself. She is an incredible trainer. Shortly after I started with her, she announced there was going to be a transformation contest. I told her that I was not going to participate in the contest because I was new and most of the other girls had been there for months and had more experience. I couldn't lift anything. Cori explained to me that had nothing to do with it. I followed what she said for 8 weeks, and I was thrilled and surprised to see I had gained strength, confidence, and muscle. Having Cori as a trainer was a wonderful experience. If a 73 year old woman can do it, you can. If any of you ladies want to look firm and young and strong, Cori is the best around, an amazing trainer. She will make you feel like you can accomplish anything. You will not find anyone better; you won't regret it!
New favourite place for brunch 📍 Flour to the People, Battersea
This place has such a cozy feel inside! It's very small, quaint and so chilled, perfect for a quiet spot to get some amazing food!
Their home-made sourdough is amazing, and if you're a toast person you can have as much as you like and toast it on your table! 😍 with the addition of their home-made chocolate and hazelnut spread what else can you want!
Today i am taking my well needed rest day so I opt for higher fats on days like today. Their combination of eggs, avocado, feta with lime and sweet chilli was INCREDIBLE!!
If you're visiting London or live in the area definitely go and visit!
Last weeks shoulder workout! I went to the gym 4 days last week which is the most I been in months!!! Getting back into a routine.. Check out my last post for an awesome shoulder finisher! Some shoulder workouts I love are Arnold press, plate twists and dumbbell lying rear lateral raises!
