I am always looking for way to improve my weight training 🏋🏽
Truth be told I don't always feel 100% before the gym, but I'm making sure I get some carbs, water and @fatefit max pump in before I hit a lift. I did today and got the best leg session of my life.. it 2am and I'm still sore 😂👌🏼

❣ARM WRESTLE WITH INNER SELF :
I love to challenge myself, to know my limitations and try as hard as I can to overcome them. Gym is not only aimed to the harmony of someone's body or the psychophysical well being, but it is also a way to know yourself , your strengths and your weaknesses . Our fears, our courage, our parsimony. There is all this. Like when you run and you're at the end of the race, you can not do it anymore, your legs are about to give up, but not your inner self, it hurts and it is hungry for victory and the finish line. Facing the difficulties how often do we give up?👉 The gym teaches us this: Do not give up, insist, fight, slow progress, and make it ✔!!! Because it's not just PHYSICAL FORCE, but it's also a force that goes further and pushes us to do so much and reach our most inescapable goals. And now: arm wrestle with my inner self! 😉👍💪💪💪💪

Save your heaviest set for last? Why not. My lower back is still on fire from these rack pulls a couple of days ago. I think this has to be by far my favorite back exercise. You can build SO MUCH STRENGTH with these! My deadlifts went through the roof once I started putting these into my routine more often. Thanks to @california_thor for the awesome video!
A little bit of reiki, a little bit of massage (for baby AND for mom!), a little bit of REST, and a lot of adorable yoga with baby! So much fun in Mom & Baby Yoga this morning. Every Wednesday at 10:15. (With babysitting for older siblings!)
My pretty (if I may say it myself💁🏼) breakfast this sunny day was...
Smoothie made of frozen bananas, ginger, orange, blackberries, raspberries, a splash of oatmilk and a scoop @myproteinse vegan blend protein
Topped with blackberries and muesli💫
I've had a great day in the sun, trying to soak up all the vitamin D☀️
Gonna go to a yoga class tonight that I'm really excited about🙏🏼✌🏼
I hope you're having a great day loves❤
Have you ever lost your balance? Physically? Emotionally? Spiritually? Balance is something we often expect to be there, something we take for granted until we notice it slip. When it slips, we search for it as if it were lost. Balance isn't something you find, it is never lost. Balance is something you must nurture and grow until it becomes a natural way of life and movement. For some this is easier than others.
2nd day filming Building Balance, my new series with @codyapp
In a world where we were brought up thinking that a 9-5 job and working for someone else was normal, have to think outside the box and see how successful some people are simply from working online for themselves. Create your own empire instead of someone else's. It's not for everyone but I would much rather be working for myself bettering my life everyday, growing knowledge, meeting and talking to new people around the world. It's also been my dream to help as many people out in this cruel world as I can and with wor(l)d I'm definetly going in the right direction to fulfilling that. Network marketing has changed my life and couldn't be happier, if you want to learn more about this huge opportunity message me on here or txt me 780-573-6284
Greg and I took our first big vacation together last week in Florida! I'm sure I'll be posting quite a few pics over the next couple days, so here's your heads up so you can unfollow, ignore, or forgive me lol 😁♡
