Both photos taken literally 10-15 seconds after one another, the picture on the left me fully relaxed with NO flexing what so ever. The picture on the right is edited and I'm also flexing and in my opinion a Instagram ready photo.
I want to show you guys something REAL! Because we can get caught up with what's "perfect" compared to reality. today was cardio 🏃🏼♀️, got outside with my hubby and mowed the lawns while he whipper sniped = team work 💪🏽❤️👫. .
My shoulders & chest are still super sore, worse then yesterday 😳 so I knew I couldn't completely commit to back & arms 100% so decided to change it for cardio today. 😅🙏🏽 cannot wait to get back into gym tomorrow though 💪🏽💗💪🏽

2nd trimester now 🤰🏻and I'm feeling a lot more balanced with my eating, rather than having my pregnancy cravings taking over me. Main meals are healthier and snacks are a mixture. So while I haven't been tracking my macros for awhile now, I just wanted to show you guys what I've been eating, so here's a breakdown for you guys.
-Breakfast: Proghurt: 1/2 scoop @womensbest vanilla whey protein + 150g Greek yoghurt + 1 small wk soy cap not pictured (215 cals)
-Lunch: 100g diced chicken breast with rice/quinoa, steamed broccoli and fried egg (458 cals)
-Dinner: home made burrito bowl with 125g lean mince beef + 4 leaf salad mix + 25g shredded cheese (406 cals)
-Dessert: connoisseur blood orange with chocolate icecream (322 cals)
-Snack 1: 🍌+ cheese and crackers (220 cals)
-Snack 2: Cheese roll (257 cals)
-Snack 3: White nectarine + protein square bar + yoghurt coated rice crackers (349 Cals)
Total Macros/Cals: 2227 Cals, 140P, 220C, 87F
