REALLY, REALLY did not want to workout tonight. I was tired and stressed and I just wanted to curl up under my duvet with a hot chocolate and some comfort food and go to sleep 💤 But I didn't so . . . yay me 🙌 I dragged my sorry ass out of bed and to a circuits class with the amazing @gemmerlou😘 I hated every second of it I was there but I knew that I would love it at the end and that it's the workouts you don't want to do that you have to .... Aaannd I was right 😁 I was so so glad I went cause I felt so good afterwards and came home to make healthy food choices rather than the ice cream and biscuits I would have had had I'd stayed home 🙈🤷♀️🙊 .
