I have a vision of what I want and I'm going to do anything necessary to make sure I fulfill that vision. #sweatisgold 😅 I was short on time for my ab workout today, but still wanted to get my blood pumping for as long as I could. I added box jumps in between ab sets to keep my heart rate up. it worked! 💦 try adding some box jumps or burpees to your next workout to keep your heart racing. it feels so good to challenge yourself 💪🏼 and sweat 😅
I'll be the first to admit I'm not exactly sure what this pose is 🙄(ahem, this is a judgement free zone) BUT... I had a killer workout tonight and proud of my little shoulder pop! 🙌🏼 Went for a run along the canal by my house this morning and then hit the gym after work for weights + cardio. Made two turkey burger patty's and roasted veggies for dinner with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. 👌🏼 I feel like this is where MyFitnessPal would tell me that if every day were like today, I'd be 105lbs and shredded. 😂😂😂 Keepin the dream alive! For now, I'll take it one day at a time.
Here's to beating the scary sky home tonight🌩 and getting out a ton of work frustrations. Definitely not on track with my half marathon training which sucks but honestly my only goal is to finish it...even if I have to crawl across the finish line. I have a 5k on Monday so that will be a good test for me. I'm planning on a few miles tomorrow, Zumba, and packing for Chicago this weekend🤗 #halfmarathontraining#runhappy#instarunners
