Dropped by calories right down, without even feeling like I've been restricting, just added it up tonight out of interest. 1484 and I've been on like 3568 😂😂😂 I didn't feel the need to stuff myself! Got a new training routine and taking one day on, one day off - less exercises per workout and more rest days 💪🏼 Seems I've finally caught onto the fact that rest is important 😂😂 So back to the big three - deads, squats, bench, with 3 hypertrophy exercise after. So that 4 exercises a workout, with cube style training. Then spartan training in the mornings as per. Should see some really good gains with that.... also eating a 1/3 of what I have been, I'll finally get back to being a lean machine 😏 Let the gains begin 🙏💪🏼💪🏼 So had my smoothie bowl this morning, then a pineapple for lunch. Dinner was carrot and courgette noodles with a tomato, cucumber, garlic, Banana and spring onion salsa 😁😌 Feeling so light! Spartan in the morning will be so much nicer than having a belly fully of rice and potatoes! Apple Pie Smoothie - 5 ingredients & easy as pie.⠀
1 scoop #fitbitsdotcom vanilla protein (we used vegan pea)⠀
1 small apple, cored & chopped⠀
3/4C almond milk ⠀
1/2 tsp cinnamon⠀
Combine all ingredients in blender & blitz until well combined.⠀
For a more decadent treat try adding frozen banana, dates and/or nut butter.⠀

This harissa chicken with red onion, courgette and pepper with tomato cous cous and spinach took approx. 15 minutes to whip up. I made two portions so I can have it for lunch tomorrow as well when I'm at the library doing work 😏

Morning workouts can be tough I find eating an @muscletech protein bar and some pre workout is enough to get me through it. If you know you have a long day I prefer morning workouts- too much can happen in a day that will alter your mindset and have you finding an excuse to miss your workout. | good m o r n i n g- started this morning off great and stuck to my daily goals so far. Woke up, chugged two glasses of warm water with lemon to get the body flowing & while doing this I fed the baby. Then wren and I went for a 30 minute walk - fasted cardio for myself. Came home had coffee, grapefruit & egg omelette with peppers, avocado & cilantro.
