The past month hasn't been the easiest for me, between being in the hospital for 5 days, and then breaking my toe. Fitness has not been my number one priority lately, and it has become easy to neglect taking care of my body, and doing what I love the most. No matter what is going on the gym is my safe haven, my stress reliever, and my place to clear my head. At the end of everyday, no matter how shitty it may have been I am able to look forward to a good workout. Excited to be healing quickly, and getting back on track to where I want to be. 🏃🏼🏃🏼🏃🏼🏃🏼 P.S. I do not know what to do with my long ass arms half of the time......so that's why it's just hanging 😂🙋🏻

Today it's been 1 year since my first ever #BJJ grading and I got my 3rd stripe on my belt 🙌🏻🙌🏻 (you get 4 before you can go for the next belt)
Pretty excited by the fact that I still keep jiu jitsu in my training regime no matter what what my goals are after a year! You really do need to find something you love and I corporate it into your goals!

💥 First of all thank you so much everyone that has followed me in the last 13 hours since I created this account 😁❤️
💪🏻2.5 years between these photos! In the photo on the left I had no idea about fitness, did no exercise at all, smoked and drank a lot of alcohol, ate lots of fried food and cheesy chips and just generally was very unhealthy! 💥Now I choose to make healthy choices (and actually prefer it as it makes me feel better in every day life) 💥I still enjoy those 'bad' things occasionally and it won't affect my body to have a bowl of cheesy chips every now and again! Don't feel guilty about 1 bad meal as it won't make a difference unless you let it affect your mindset! 💥 My workout is done for the day 💪🏻 did upper body super sets and trisets for each major muscle group 🙌 💥 I still have a long way to go, my goal was always to lose weight and 'tone up' whereas now my goal is to get stronger 💪🏻😏 💥 Can't wait to see more progress 🙌
Morning HIIT Session done 💦 I get so many people especially family like why you exercising on holidays.. chill out take a break! But exercising is my escape. Why not do something that makes you feel better. Wether it be exercise or anything. I did a quick 20 minute HIIT workout when all body weight exercises and by god did I get a sweat on 💁🏼 Now time to get some colour 🔥
This week I didn't do a workout.... Right, none. But that's okay for me. Because after long days in the office I spent time with friends (Wednesday) and with friends (Thursday) and friends (yesterday). 😉 That's why I continue next week with the normal plan and tomorrow the leg workout of #summersweatseries2017 is on the agenda.
