It's really that simple guys! Brown off your chicken, add some paste and cook for a few mins to release the flavours. Add some coconut milk and simmer until reduced. Then either microwave or stir fry your rice pouch of choice and dinner is served 💪🏻 it doesn't always have to take ages in the kitchen to have something tasty and decent for tea 👊🏻

***FOOD VARIETY AND HEALTH*** So, here’s an example of a home made Japanese meal. OK the presentation could be better but that bowl contains roughly 18 foods. It took 20 mins to make and I cooked enough for the next day. Why does this matter?
Research shows that eating a great variety of foods is associated with better health. One study found people with the highest dietary variety were over 20% less likely to develop diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure etc.
Whilst eating just a few specifically chosen foods can help you lose weight in the short term eating a variety of healthy choices is probably the best bet for long term health.
Food is complex, there’s thousands of compounds in there all impacting our health. There are no ‘best foods’, and those ‘superfoods’ are just a made up ever-expanding list of healthy minimally processed whole foods. - Try a new food each week. - Eat based on what is in season. - Buy a new herb or spice at the supermarket and figure it out when you get home, or
- Get into other food cultures like French, Thai, Creole, whatever, or
- Go to www.epicurious.com or www.allrecipes.com or www.foodnetwork.com for inspiration or recipes.

This morning was fuelled by a bowl of choccy oats made with @myproteinuk chocolate smooth protein, which is just 👅👌🏼and then topped with so much yumminess:
One chopped up square of @cocoa.plus high protein chocolate, a @lindt_chocolate white chocolate truffle, raspberries, flax seeds & caramelised banana 🙌🏼
To make the banana I just sliced it in half, sprinkled a teaspoon of @sukrinuk brown sugar on it and then fried it until it was golden.
Only half a day until the long weekend, lots of love my lovelies 💃🏼💛

When you compete at a Powerlifting Competition on the Wednesday and complete 'Filthy Fifty' at @cfawtidworth on the Thursday 💦😷 Even managed to knock 4mins off my best time! Completed it in 28mins 32secs!! 💪🏼

Flexed - I don’t walk around looking like this at all. Good angles, decent lighting and a solid pump is the result of this picture. .
Relaxed - Not the best “relaxed” picture either. I’m mid-process here, getting ready for an “IG worthy” picture. In fact, if I was fully relaxed you probably wouldn’t even see my abs at all.
Social media is a powerful tool but too often it presents an unrealistic story of people’s lives. It’s usually filled with people looking their absolute best, yet in reality, 99% of these people don’t look like that day to day. It’s literally a one second snapshot. .
🔑Stop comparing yourself to how others look on social media. Don’t strive to be like them. DO IT FOR YOURSELF. Instead, use it as a motivational tool but fully understand, appreciate and accept that their social media isn’t a true representation of reality.🔑
✅There is nothing wrong with either picture. I’m still the same person, yet a few seconds can make a whole world of difference on social media. .

Today's physique 🖤💙- a few days into my 'non-bulk non-cut' just maintenance ❤️ I should probs do a transformation pic because today's the only day I've really realised that my entire physique has changed and not just my legs - not DRASTICALLY but it's getting where I want to be..😏 today I'm feeling super positive and happy and I can't wait to go and smash shoulders in the gym- and oh what a difference a tan makes 🙃👆🏼that MAY be the reason why, that combined with the fact it's Friday and a bank holiday weekend I'm feeling so damn good 🤗😎🍺🥂 Anywayyyyys this probs won't be my only post of the day but I wish you all a pleasant day!! 🥂 p.s I know I need to sort this mess of a hair out 🤦🏼♀️
