When you wake up absolutely ravenous after 4 hours sleep and can't decide which of your favourite breakfasts to have.. Have both 🤗👌 A cinnamon and raisin bagel thin- one half topped with Philadelphia light and smoked salmon, the other with scrambled egg. Not a bad way to start my week! And I just had a thought - I should have put them together to make the ultimate breakfast bagel 😍 I know what I'm having tomorrow 😏 Happy Monday! #girlgains

I'm wearing gym clothes! 🙌🏻 After a week off to readjust and get back into routine, I am dying to get back to the gym! I feel lethargic and unmotivated and I hate that feeling. It's a brand new week so with it comes brand new goals🌟
Most of the time I workout because of how it makes me feel rather than for a few lbs of fat loss 💕

I feel rather overwhelmed by it all if I'm honest, but the end is in site so I'm just trying to focus on that and remembering why I started all of my degree in the first place! #flexwithbex

As I stopped cheating (finally 🙏🏻) I started seeing results of course. I've lost 1.5kg of the 3kg I gained with my 2 months of indulgence.. just hope my muscles made some gains of it 😂
