Rise and Grind...Courgette Omelette 🍳 with Melted Avocado 🥑 Fresh Herbs + Spices

Serves - 2
Macros - P 30 - C 12 - F25
400 ml Egg whites (@twochicksproducts)
4 Whole Eggs
Handful of Courgettes
Ghee (@bulletproof) or Fat of choice
2 Sprigs of Rosemary
1. Preheat oven to 160c and wide ovenproof saucepan to medium m, add high temperature fat.
2. Slice your Courgettes & then slice at an angle (45o) fairly thin 0.5cm, this makes them cook quicker, Add to the pan with the Rosemary sprigs, this will infuse into the Courgettes from the heat.
3. In a bowl add your whole eggs and beat then add your egg whites.
4. Once your Courgettes have got some colour, then add your egg mix.
5. Let set and then start loosening and folding in the sides for uncooked egg mix to go into the space created.
6. Leave to cook for 3 mins on medium heat then Add your sliced avocado to the top, then add the pan to the oven to cook through for 3 minutes, this will melt the avocado.
7. Remove for oven , let cool and then slice into slices.
8. Season with Salt, black pepper , smoked paprika and fresh dill

A leaner body is achieved through increasing muscle tissue and lowering body fat.
The focus is simple - get stronger - push your 1 rep max up gradually through consistent training.
Then, allow for a slight caloric deficit - and bear in mind you can actually still get stronger and build muscle tissue in a slight deficit (its slight but possible) - by increasing output / decreasing calorie intake, and SUSTAIN this.
No, large caloric deficits are not sustainable for most and you will likely rebound and end up with the weight you lost plus extra back on. Our bodies deal best with stress implemented in small doses which place us only slightly outside of our comfort zone to allow for adaptation.
Use it or lose it. TOAST🍞😻 Early start for me this morning as I'm working so needed something super quick cause who doesn't want that extra 10 mins in bed🙋🏼 wanted something sweet & savoury so here we have 2 pieces of danish bread only 50 cals per slice with one topped with avooooo🥑 tomatoes 🍅 balsamic vinegar and feta cheese 🧀 and the other topped with banana 🍌 and lots & lots of cinnamonnnn 😻 full of fiber and healthy fats to keep me going ☝🏼🤗
It's currently 6am in the UK and I haven't been able to sleep since 4am...boredom struck and now I'm eating fucking unicorn toast😂

All I did was flavour some cream cheese with vanilla and stevia, then coloured it with natural food colourings from @bluechaitea 🦄
and of course no breakfast is complete without a sachet of @pipandnut coconut almond butter and some @fooddoctoruk superseed mix🤤

WE MADE IT! Definitely had my doubts 😂 Also this was me this morning unable to sleep... for realz guys. This picture was taken this morning with my tripod and TBH I was slightly terrified. I always think people look so cool upside down on IG and I was like you know what, I'm gonna try it. Turns out I'm stronger than I thought 😂 So here's a daily reminder to do things that scare you cause you will likely surprise yourself 😘

FINALLY got to get out and celebrate Fathers Day, Ty making the soccer ⚽️ team and my Bday (with Billy). He had 6 or 7 (lost count)... 16 hour shifts in a row with the dang storms 😝. Poor guy!
