I'm in tears because God is so good. This went from a beginning of the year silent prayer petition, to being spoken out in hope and faith, to me questioning if it was even possible while I went through trials and now God will carry this plan out, that I trust. It's not for me. It's not to boast. It's for you. It's so we can come together as one, as family. It's so we can grow in unity, in love, in strength of mind, spirit and body. It's to know the one who made us and to know who we are in Him. Thank you Jesus for this. •
Equipment will start out with just body weight and I'll be practicing and researching correct technique while I plan and prepare to get training certification. We'll study in God's word and we'll be needing your gifts and talents so get ready to use them :) •

Contrary to popular belief, they do more for your width. The range of motion is longer and it’s easier to activate the lats with it.
I usually work before with the deadlift, and then the pull-ups. But you can also give it a priority as like as a first exercise.

Le plus drôle ? Passé le stade des plaintes et dès protestation, de la rupture psycho, tu te rends compte Que ce n'est pas grave, Que tu trouveras bien une solution et Que ce n'est pas en pleurnichant que tu vas arranger quoi que ce soit.
