Y'all know I struggle HARD with emotional eating, stress eating, bored eating, straight up eating excessively.
My trick? Brushing my teeth when I'm struggling but don't need to be eating anymore that night. Seriously don't knock it til you've tried it 😜🙊😉

I always hate to see people say "I didn't lose any weight this week." or " I'm eating clean but I'm not seeing results"
Weightloss or heck weight gain is not a sprint it's a marathon, just because your not seeing results, DOES NOT mean they are not happening.
Moral to my post is love your body. Treat it as a temple because you only get one. Be patient with yourself, you are your only obstacle to becoming the person you want to be. Don't let yourself fail.

Today was a busy ass day, filled with allllll kiiiindz of technical difficulties. Got the lifting vid almost complete, so I'm gonna drop that bitch tomorrow night, along with the training tip Thursday vid. The lifts are just a small compilation of the lifts we've been doing since we've been off YouTube. From here on out I'm recording all my lifts, I'll be posting the ones that I feel are significant in explaining the direction my body is going. I just need to practice and play with voicing over the vids so y'all don't have to hear the sounds in the gym. .
Anyhow, this is my muh fuckin #womancrush and those who know us know that I celebrate her not daily, but on a minute to minute basis, I guess you could say I'm kind of obsessed lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ enjoy my beautiful bestfriend and her antics, and check in with Roadtomtolympus on YouTube tomorrow night round 9EST it's about to go DOOOOOOOWN!!!

Sometimes when I sit back and reminisce about my life I realise how strong and amazing a bond I have had with my beautiful mom. I have been so blessed to have been able to share a relation not just as a son but a true friend with her.
She's always been a cornerstone of my life and it's so damn astounding and startling what all we both have gone through together and always come out stronger. What a strong and positive personality you have mother! ? I would have accomplished nothing if it wasn't for you. I guess the only way I can show you my gratitude is by loving and respecting people around so she knows she raised me right.

Started a very structured meal plan today courtesy of @oldmanmalone at @maxmusclesantacruz ...after looking over my average day of eating I realized something very obvious...I'm not eating enough. Wednesday workout with my hubs! It's only week 2 of this tradition, but I'm already LOVING it!! Our gym doesn't have child care 👎 or else I would go every day with him. I LOVE #bbg but I would totally change to mostly lifting if I could. I am really enjoying how strong I feel, sore I get, being with my babe, and how lean I feel! Also, while we were resting between sets, I realized I've been working out consistently and straight since January! 6 full months and I feel GREAT! And there's no end in sight and that makes me excited 😄😄
Just because I can no longer run, it doesn't mean I can't still stay active, get outside on my bike and coach, carry water, crack the whip, support and encourage other runners. Like this stud muffin @guysmileyontherun who is training for 2 1/2 marathons and another mud/obstacle run. He's gonna PR if Coach Wifey has anything to say about it!
