Throwing it back to our road trip last summer ⛺️ Our last stop was Lake Powell and minus our horrible sunburns, it was an amazing trip. I miss waking up in a tent at sunrise. ☀️ Ready for some more camping trips this summer! First stop is going to be Oregon 🌲
This day was been unstoppable, I forgot how exhausting is to have a new puppy🐶 , plus being in charge of prepare food! But the house is still standing and complete🙏🏼😁
Italian chicken: cooked the chicken in avocado oil @chosenfoods with pepper, pepper flakes, garlic, oregano, lime juice, himalyan salt. In a wok I cooked the bell peppers, onion, mushrooms and tomatoes with garlic. Once they were cooked I mixed all up in the same pan. Served it with organic quinoa, and salad.

It's amazing what 30 minutes of yoga can do for your mind and body🌿 After three months of hard core workouts like core de force (mma style) and Insanity (HII), I was ready for a relaxing workout program, so I picked the 3 week yoga retreat! 💆🏻 I've always done yoga classes at studios and I actually like it a lot more at home. Especially because I'm all relaxed now and I don't have to worry about driving back home 😂

INGREDIENTS: - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 3 cups chopped veggies (broccoli, cauli, carrots)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS: - Mix cream cheese, mayo, ranch mix, and dill.
- Spread 1/4 cup of the cream cheese on each tortilla.. Divide veggies and shredded cheese evenly over tortillas.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, wrap in plastic, and chill. To serve, slice each roll into 8 pieces.

My dad's favorite candy is chocolate covered cherries, so naturally for his birthday I couldn't let him eat a weak box of processed candy. Whipped up these amazing little guys for an impromptu birthday treat.
