I felt like a busted can of biscuits today 😶 so I did my hair and make up and got out of the house • changing your scenery when you feel like 💩 does wonders! • hiked two miles with Olli and Ryan then came home and trained legs and did some cardio 🏋🏽♀️💦 • already feeling sore so thanks @rippedtoshredz 😭😂 • now I just need some self tanner on and I'll be a happy girl 💗🤗

For those of you who don't know (I don't know how you wouldn't, I talk about it everyday) 😂 I am moving to California at the end of May so I can be closer to @roman_aesthetics 💑 it's been a long, hard year of being 1300 miles apart and traveling back and forth. Finally our days of having a long distance relationship are coming to an end!😭🙌🏻 Not only will moving to California be beneficial to our relationship, but also my fitness journey. I will be competing hopefully this fall or winter!!💪🏼 Where I am living now, no one takes fitness really serious so it will be nice to be surrounded by more people with the same goals. Literally when you type in the name of my city on urban dictionary it comes up as "the place where dreams come to die." And that's no joke lol. So I am looking forward to growing and experiencing more! And I just really can't wait to be able to be with Eli everyday❤️❤️❤️

Sometimes you need to show your failures as well as your successes. I upped the weight 5lb so it was 75lbs this week (last week was 70lb). I was only able to only get 3 good reps, the 4th rep I don't think counted. Next week I'm going to keep the wait and try to get that 4th rep! Ladies, if you want to tone up, lose weight and have a more athletic look, you NEED to lift some weights! High intensity cardio and yoga classes just won't cut it.💃

When you have to make a big decision in your life, many people hesitate because they think they have to take a big step. Yes sometime it might be the only way but comes to changing your lifestyle, you don't have to! You think you have to do this and that, can't do this and that...etc. You see the huge gap in between where you are and where you want to be. That might be the reason you hesitate to take a step. It's all about baby steps. Your baby step can be something like, taking a water bottle anywhere you go so you can hydrate yourself throughout the day. Or you can park your car further than you usually park at the grocery store. Anything that gives you a positive impact on your health, doesn't matter how small steps they are, just keep taking them! Those little steps will turn into your powerful energy to do more. Those little steps will turn into your confidence to take bigger steps. You can do this. Like a fine wine, baby!🍷😜😏 Sometimes, I think people tend to lose perspective. I don't wake up in shape. I can't eat whatever the heck I want whenever I want. I'm genetically designed to quickly and easily hold a chunk ton of body fat. 😩 I can't make excuses if I want to get and maintain results. I'm a single mom AND dad and yes, life gets in the way A LOT. 😳 In fact, I prob have more reason than many to make, validate and crutch on excuses. Of course, the unexpected slip and fall happens that derails progress and sometimes puts u back to where u started. 🤦🏻♀️ Point is, regardless of where you're at, you can get to where you want to be. You have to make changes. You have to be determined. Is it always easy? Uh, negatory. 😳 You have to want it more than you want complacency and to remain where you are. This isn't just with your health/weight goals but with your career, relationships and overall happiness. 💚 It all starts in your mind. My weight has always been a challenge for men but here we are. On the left I was 19 and had a serious problem with not eating enough, binge drinking every weekend and obsessed with cardio 🙄The one on the right reflects today, eating healthier and lifting weights 💪🏼 so proud of overcoming my issues with food, still a way to go but the change is good!! The scariest thing about the left photo is, I didn't think I was thin enough at that stage (I was a size 6) 😔 Excited to see what changes this year brings! 🎉❤

Подъем таза лежа не только прорабатывает большие ягодичные мышцы, но и укрепляет мышечный корсет спины и приводит ноги в тонус.
Рекомендации: 🚩если вы поставите ноги ближе к торсу, то усилится напряжение работающих групп мышц;
🚩поднимайте туловище как можно выше, это повышает эффективность упражнения;
🚩в работе не напрягайте бицепс бедра, помните, что в данной технике работают исключительно ягодичные мышцы;
🚩при подъеме вверх обязательно отталкивайтесь пятками;
🚩при опускании вниз не касайтесь попой пола, а сразу делайте подъем вверх – это позволяет удерживать ягодицы все время в напряжении.
