transformations don't have to be a negative thing. I see a lot of people up in arms about the fact that "you were beautiful before" "you didn't need to change" etc. but guess what, some people aren't solely unhappy with their appearance
They're unhappy with their lifestyle, how they were treating their bodies which in turn psychically may have made them a certain way, heavier OR underweight
Almost three years ago I started to actually take a look into how my decisions were affecting not only my appearance but my attitude. My happiness, my psychical capabilities. I couldn't walk 45 minutes without being .. a lot more winded than I should have been
Yes my body has changed, into many forms in the past few years and I'm never less than amazed at what eating well and exercising can do for not only your body but your mind and energy
Find something that motivates you, that you consider your passion, and it will make this lifestyle a lot easier and fun for you. Don't make it a chore or you will crash and burn. Take it slow, three years and I'm still working out the kinks ! And always keep your head up and moving forward. You're strong, beautiful and worthy. XOXOXO HAPPY THURSDAY!

Slow and steady wins the race 🐢🙃. Consistency is always key 🔑 and something I've been spending the last (almost) three weeks doing. I will stick to a plan and be consistent! Also no binges, no restricting the last 2.5 weeks 😊💜. Change your mindset and don't try to reach perfection, just strive for BETTER than yesterday. #ťhoughtoftheday
Yesterday was a tough day taking care of a sick little man. I needed to unwind and have some time to myself - so of course I did some yoga.
One hour of upper body strength work ended with a crow pose, one of my favorites.
