Honestly, the last couple of weeks have been tough. I was moving homes, going to school and work and I ended up breaking keto. It was tough and I could tell that I felt more sluggish overall and my thoughts were foggy. I felt less energized at work overall. The worst part was that although I did not gain weight on the scale, I can see all the heavy carbs that I have eaten in the past two weeks were sitting in my gut. This morning I woke up and decided that instead of eating cereal, it was time to go back to keto, so I decided to eat an egg instead. I'm back!
