I understand stepping out on faith can be a very hard thing ever more so when you are use to taking all your time away from your family and friends to make sure they eat. What if you could wotk toward working for yourself and being your own Boss! What if i could say its as easy as 1,2,3 and you actually believe me!
I challenge YOU to step out of your comfort zone and let your WHY I WORK HARD push you to give them more time in a day
I am so glad I made the CHOICE to start Beachbody. 1 year ago today was when I started my journey. I had no idea what I was getting into when I started, I just wanted to get healthy and lose weight. I was so tired of being depressed, angry, moody, embarrassed of how I looked in pictures, being a loner, no confidence.
I am so glad that I took the CHANCE with beachbody, I can not imagine where I would be at if I hadn't taken the chance. My life has been so much better cause of it. I have met so many friends cause of this chance that I took.. I love being in an accountability group. They support me on my good and bad days.. my confidence is so much better then before, I no longer hide out at home or in the movies by myself. I'm a much happier person when I workout and drink my shakeology.. I'm a better dog mom to Bella and cat mom to Benjamin.
I CHANGED my life for the BETTER and want to help as many folks as I can. If I can do it then YOU CAN. I had to make CHANGES in my life for the better and I know you can to.

Esquerda (2016): fazia musculação 5*3 horas por semana e alimentava me de forma saudável mas muito restrita
Direita (2017): 1 ano após ter começado a tomar os produtos da HERBALIFE, a fazer escolhas saudáveis e de ter começado a treinar crossfit.
Pode não parecer mas atualmente estou com mais 7kg do que o ano passado mas aparentemente melhor

I once wrote an article about how I felt having 5000 friends equals credibility in relationships (I only had 500 then). Once I had 5000 Facebook friends, I felt like the more friends on Facebook I gained, the lonelier I became. After deleting Facebook, I had people call me to question whether or not I blocked them. No matter what the reason for the call, it gave me an opportunity to do one thing I was forgetting that enabled me to have the reputation that gained the 5000 friends...conversations with my friends. What'd you train today??
🌌I did a LIVE video earlier on Facebook((check link in bio🌸) and I wanted to post my recipe for those of you who want to try it out!! ⬇⬇⬇⬇
8 bell peppers, halved, cored
1 # grass fed ground beef
6 strips of bacon, cooked, chopped
4 serano peppers, cored, brunoised
Kale, sliced carrots, red cabbage mix
Gorgonzola cheese(or cheese of preference.. cheddar would be good!)😋
Himalayan pink salt & black pepper to taste🙌💗
1) cook ground beef , cook bacon IN SEPARATE pans
2) take out core from serano peppers and bell peppers & cut bells in half, and dice serano peppers to a brunoise(as small as you can)
3) drain excess fat from beef and bacon
4) crush crispy bacon and chop if needed
5) add bacon pieces, brunoised serano peppers, kale, carrot, red cabbage mix, and a little extra virgin olive oil , sat and pepper
6) let greens get tender 💜
7) remove from heat and transfer to mixing bowl
8) incorporate the cheese fully and stuff halved bell peppers
9) place on cookie sheet and bake in the oven @375 for 20-25 minutes--depending on your oven 😊

Out and about mid day running errands but not without my fast food prevention trick! I always take a shake with me so I'm not tempted to get coffee or treats when that mid afternoon snack time rolls around! Coconut banana shake to the rescue 🤘🏼
Every morning I wake up way earlier than I would need to for work to go for my morning walk and then smash out an outdoor bootcamp session with my #Masefit girls. I then set my intentions for the day and remind myself of my goals and affirmations, all done by 8am and I feel AMAZING! ⛤☉Such a change from where I was a few years ago.
