So it's been 2 days now that I have been unable to work out in the morning 😩. After work is always harder and usually something always comes up.. it takes commitment to put everything you need to do on hold .When this time rolls around a dozen reasons why I won't have time crosses my mind! I have to be stronger than those thoughts and just start .. because before I know it those 30 minutes are up and I feel so much better and proud of myself for being stronger than my excuses.. it wasn't easy at first and it's all about creating a habit and sticking to it. I didn't do that all on my own.. nope.. I had an amazing coach, an incredible group of people on my team that helped me stay accountable, and determination! So what are you waiting for?? Legggs today, AND ran for distance for the first time since December. My goal was to run a 5k and it was actually easier than I anticipated. I'm tryinggg to get back into running (distance), as I'm running my 6th half marathon in June and training starts soon! Sooo for those who think I run "all the time" I don't, because my goals don't always pertain to endurance/running. However, I do enjoy it, especially during the warmer months... But training can be both a blessing and curse. 😜

I really have to find my motivation quickly in the morning. It's the only time I have to get my workouts done and if I wait, it only gets harder for me as the day goes on. I've been there and done that. I totally prefer to get it out of the way asap!
How do I do it? I tell myself "It's only 30 minutes." After about 5 minutes, I'm into it and before I know it, it's done!
