Schön wenn man erst nach einem Kilometer merkt, das die Uhr noch nicht läuft. 😆😆 Lockere schätzungsweise 11 Kilometer mit meinem Kumpel Buddy. Danach gleich gedehnt und meine täglichen Planks gemacht. Heute 90 Sekunden. Das Zittern hört auch noch nicht auf. Hört es jemals auf???? As much as I love races and testing myself, I love everyday grind even more. It is not glamorous, it is hard, but everyday grind is what bring results and makes you faster, stronger, resilient and makes you shine on a race day.
My heart was singing today. All I needed today is my trail and my partner by my side. Was surprised to feel as good and run as good as I did today, 3 days after the race. It means the recovery was on point after the race. Post race nutrition, rolling, stretching and recovery exercise. Post runs recovery is something that I am working on this year and paying a attention to and I am seeing the results. Considering that I have another half in 5 weeks, I am happy with where I am. Yesterday I had some tightness in IT band, so I decided not to run, I cycled, rolled and stretched. Today I was in great shape. Listen to your body, do not push, find an alternative to running ( cross training) when running is not an option. Stay active and healthy. What we in between runs is critical to how we do during the run! Happy training!
