I'm very impressed by this 8 week transformation by my client/friend @neybonez_.
The dedication and hardwork you have put in truly shows the great results you achieved! Just in time for the summer, you will be sipping Margaritas, shredded and making people wonder why they were still bulking in May!😂😂
I'm sure some of you reading is somewhat skeptical of this transformation and wondering how, why, is she starving or if that can be me? It can be YOU, all you have to do is listen.
I have nothing to gain from misleading anyone, I take alot of pride in providing a level of service and education to my clients. Leave it to @evolutionfitnessri @evolutionfitnessri we are experts!
Her being lazer focused and my 10+ years of dieting/training clients made it easy! Keep up the good work, it's showtime in November.
Yes, you can eat healthy and be done in no time.
My husband is the cook in the 🏡 and he has amazing ideas when he cooks.
I keep things simple = grilled chicken and a big salad for dinner.
After 20 years of cooking for my kids I I was tired of making foods that only half the family would eat. You end up cooking the same old meals because it's easy.
I love to eat healthy and interesting foods, but I eat those when I am at a restaurant. Until I met my husbands who is a wizard in the kitchen.
He has shown me how easy it can be to eat health and make tasty meals in no time.
Because he is away right now I tried out Blue Apron. Tonight's dinner was:
Shrimp 🍤 & 🐙 spaghetti dinner.
It was fun and it was tasty. Done in no time at all. I guess it's time to whip up some meal ideas for you ?
Bilingual registered nurse, Karen is warm and caring that will be overseeing your needs at the hospital during the morning shift. She will be one of the first faces you will see arriving to the hospital. Actually, she is part of our patients too.
Eating well is a form of self respect. As you build self love, you will free yourself of anything that is no good for your health - food, people, things, situations, any that brings you down. What are you going to have as your next meal?
Dinner after a successful IKEA shopping trip. Salmon marinated in coconut aminos and sautéed stewed bok choy, dandelion greens, zucchini and onions. Today's eats have included some strawberries, a pear, another turkey burger and the rest of the breakfast veg plus a few sweet potato chunks. Ready to curl up and go to sleep!
Peak week 🙌🙏 Little clip from the last chest day of prep today. Keeping the weight heavy and staying focused making every rep count. Little to no energy, but diggin deep to finish out this week. Been keeping my workouts no longer than 45 minutes which I believe is all you need if you're doing it right. Quality over quantity any day 💯 Looking forward to this weekend now more than ever.
#MYTHBUSTERMONDAY number 2 today: "You shouldn't eat microwaveable food because it's bad for you." Debatable.
Pre-packaged, sodium-packed meals from the freezer aisle like Lean Cuisine or Jenny Craig type of meals are very processed and are examples of UNhealthy microwaveable foods. Sure, they're low calorie, but they're covered in chemicals/preservatives that make them last a billion years without rotting.
BUT... let's talk food that you make, then freeze. Is it bad to microwave it? What about bagged, frozen-fresh vegetables? My opinion is that is 100% A-OKAY. Why? Because it's the real FOOD itself, that you're just reheating later.
THINK: is it better to get your vegetables from a frozen bag, or not at all? FROZEN BAG. Even if the amount of nutrients from microwaving is LESS, it's still more than if you had no veggies at all.
Don't get me wrong here, FRESH is BEST. But don't skip out on veggies just because they're in a frozen bag. Do your best to get your nutrients from fresh sources, use frozen fresh bagged produce in a time crunch, and avoid processed TV meals as much as possible.
My amazing sponsor @MealDealers deliver your wholesome, healthy meals to your doorstep FRESH, never frozen. They're good for 7 days post-delivery in the fridge! But, I do like to freeze a few so that I can keep them for longer 😉 and that is totally okay to do! D.C., MD, VA & PA areas can use my code "MARISSA" (all caps) for 10% off your @MealDealers order!
