MEAL PREP W/ ME!
Today I decided to show you how quick and easy it is to meal prep. Here I made about 4 -5 full pieces of chicken for lunch for the rest of the week. I usually tend to make grilled chicken because It's so versatile. I am able to eat it plain, add more spices, add a variety of side dishes or make a chicken salad. I showed everything I added to my prep including spices. I also showed peppers which I didn't actually cook because I like to eat them raw but still wanted to show because they are my go to side dish especially with chicken. The entire process takes about 20 minutes I would say and saves you so much time during the week. Besides that, if you have your meal already prepared, you're less likely to gravitate towards junk.
