У меня, с моей точки зрения, снова прорыв по части композиции. Я перестала бороться с круглыми буквами, у меня получается что-то, в чем я сама отражаюсь, и мне нравится намного больше, чем пару месяцев назад. Но мне ужасно не нравится мой уровень в плане техники. И я давно листаю ленту и вижу много авторов, которые мне не очень интересны в плане композиции и не используют и десятой части возможностей инструмента, но как же у них все аккуратно. Теперь мне очень интересно, как делать аккуратно и технично, двигаясь в том же направлении.
Да, я пока с акварелью не умею толком работать и снова вдохновляюсь чем-то не тем.

V-sit is no kidding. Practically an L-sit, but with hands within your legs 🤓
Start sitting on your mat in a wide legs forward fold (check my co-hosts for instructions)!
Staying with your torso forward, put your hands between your legs. I found useful stay closer with my hands to the inner thighs and near the pelvis. Spider fingers 🕷 and index pointing forward!!
Arch your upper back, shoulders protracted and active. Again, engage EVERYTHING!
Inhale and push away the ground from you with all your efforts, straighten your arms, send a little backwards your hips, rotate your pelvis forward and lift your feet from the ground!
Dit it? 😉 You're flying!! 🛫

💫Bhuvaneshwari. The Goddess of Infinite Space. Her body, the world itself....she is infinite, creative love. She creates the universe and everything in it, then lives in it herself. She is the awareness that everything as form and emptiness is ONE. The eternal paradox, and holds the key to our understanding of this paradox of life. She is the holder and creator of space itself. Living in the spaces between our breath as she holds us compassionately and completely in this great cosmic womb. She is at the heart of everything as well... layered into the most dense in this physical world. The great paradox that we must grow to understand. She is so mysterious, she contains the cosmos and transcends it.
.🌸How can we hold space? Without it being egoic. How do we allow ourselves space and in turn allow other's their space? .
.🌸How do we allow our creative expressions to be of service from our heart? How do we become aware and worthy of our own manifesting energies that wish to be expressed?
. 🌸How do we create space in which to feel the living presence of Bhuvaneshwari inside of our own bodies? We are her, she is we. Can we allow ourselves to be the universe itself? Or do we feel like we are just a part of it, do we feel separated somehow from our residence in the body, on the earth, in the cosmos?
🌸💫🌸When you invite this Goddess into your meditation, there is a dawning peace. A loving, compassionate presence which is her boon. Let her love fill you. You can chant her mantra to help invoke her into your being:
Aum shrim hrim shrim bhuvaneshwaryai namaha (OM I bow to the Goddess of Worlds, who embodies creative power and auspiciousness)
Sometimes it takes the Spring, a sunrise, the laughter of a child, birdsong, or warmth from the sun, whatever it is, it takes just a moment to remember how incredibly grateful I am. And it always changes everything. ☀️
Everytime I look at it, I see something different. Not exactly sure what this is saying about my current state of mind, but today I see a face. We will see what tomorrow brings and hopefully it will be something happy like clouds or bunnies.
Feeling pretty blah today. My voice is sort of here.... sort of not. I am practicing silence during the hours when I'm not teaching today. And yes, I'm still teaching my classes. 😜 I just needed to keep it slow for myself today. I did a home practice this morning by my big sunny windows, made a new playlist for class ( its on Spotify :)!) and got a bit of work done. Not everyday is going to feel kickass, amaze balls, awesome. That's okay. If we didn't have low days, we wouldn't appreciate the good ones.

It's amazing how much I lean on my practice lately. Whether I am going to class or leading my own flow, I turn to it every day. Happy, sad, mad, in pain and sickness, it's there for me. 🙏🏻 I've learned so much about my body, my mind, and have found my natural rhythm. If you let it, yoga has the ability to unveil a world you never thought imaginable. I understood the concepts of the sheaths 💠 as I learned them, but it's another to feel and experience the layers. 😌
