The farmers say that when we start seeing the daffodils, it usually means the oysters are waking up from their own winter hibernation and are beginning to eat algae and start growing again. Cheers to seeing the daffodils! #oysterfarming#mayflowers#daffodils
If you are in Windsor today, stop by the Zehrs on Tecumseh & Lauzon and see some of our students selling daffodils for the Canadian Cancer Society. They will be there all day until 7:00pm. Let's show our support for a great cause!
late bloomers : I made a new peony bed this winter & tucked a few daffodils around them for early color. our property is very hilly, so there are funny little microclimates that affect how/when things bloom & grow. these daffodils are late to the party but I don't mind. 💛
My favourite mornings are overcast and sprinkled with a warm, sweet rain. 🌼🌧
There's something about this weather that gives me an ultimate sense of comfort in my soul. I've always been this way.
