Don't be confused I am expressing mobility but this isn't mobility training .My mobility training sessions are far more boring. I'm either moving really slowly or contorted into a static stretch for an extended period and sweating and grunting for short bursts whilst holding isometric contractions. In my movement based workouts I'm working on muscular integration and proprioception (awareness of your body in space) whilst expressing mobility .
