May 25, 2017: the day I joined the Harvard Alumni Association (a lovely euphemism for a graduate in denial)
What will I miss the most about college? Of course, I'll miss being able to see all my closest friends every day. But these are friends I've made for life, and I know they'll always be a part of my life. No, I'll miss most the people on the periphery: the erudite classmate whose section comments challenged me to think more deeply, the dependable dining hall loner with a book in one hand and a sandwich in the other, the buoyant reveler who always brought a little more joy to every party. Even if I never learned their names, these are the people who made Harvard my community, and I'm so grateful for the part they played in my college experience.
I have just posted a MASSIVE (5000 word!) expert tutorial on how to write the perfect essay outline for your next university/college assignment! This post is entirely free to read at my blog [theacademicinsider.com] and on my Medium page [medium.com/@theacademicinsider]. ... This is by far the longest and most detailed post featured thus far within my Essay Writing Masterclass! Not only do I explain why constructing a comprehensive and detailed essay outline is absolutely crucial to writing an A-grade paper and, also, how an outline provides a roadmap that allows you to navigate your way through the essential components of your paper, but I also list and examine the seven key
questions that every essay outline must address, including: What are the different parts or elements of the essay question that the paper must consider? What will my thesis statement, i.e., my fundamental argument, be? And what are the specific ideas, issues, and relevant bits of information that I must explore? ... *IN ADDITION* I provide a complete example essay outline! This post contains a 3500+ word essay outline that I have constructed from scratch based on a hypothetical “real world” essay question (re: the War on Drugs and the alleged harms of cannabis)! I show you exactly how to apply all of the conceptual aspects of writing an essay outline by actually creating a complete outline that you can then use as a model for your next assignment! I guarantee that you will find this tutorial extremely helpful for improving your essay writing! ... *PLEASE* be sure to like, comment on, and share this blog post and/or Medium article with all your friends/colleagues who you think might benefit from it as I’m trying to get this helpful information out to as many people as possible!
