This morning I could NOT stand the thought of eating the frittata I had meal prepped for breakfasts this week. So I just whipped this up instead and it literally took less than five minutes and I actually enjoyed eating it. Sometimes exclusively eating meal prepped foods sucks the joy out of eating but it's all part of changing my relationship with food. .

It's amazing how good a skirt and some heels can make you feel 😍👑 I'm definitely on the mend from all this sickness I've been battling lately! My energy is beginning to return, I'm not dealing with a lot of pain, and everything is slowly returning back to normal. Still dealing w a cough and some congestion but I can live with that! It's the whole feeling like I've been hit by a truck thing that I can't deal with LOL! I also woke up on schedule today and had 20 minutes of uninterrupted Angel Time before beginning my day. I spent that time listening to classical music and journaling. It was so perfect ❤️ Before I came back to work, I used to start every day with at least half an hour of Angel Time. Not having that with myself in over a month has really taken a huge toll on my anxiety and stress levels. I recommitted to that routine this morning since it's a big step towards the self care promise I made to myself. It's going to be a great day! Happy Wednesday, Lovelies! 😘😘
