This weekend the Circus is back in town!!!! Step Right Up to the musical premiere of CLOWNTOWN!! The show and the cast are insanely awesome! Let's raise a buttload of $$! Let me know if you're interested in tickets!
M O M E N T U M - it's a funny thing I think we all find in a consistent ebb and flow in our lives...I know I only seem to recognize it at one extreme or the other, things seem to be going really well or I'm really unhappy, in my own life.
I think we can generate our own momentum if we are cognizant of ourself, our goals, and where we are at in the spectrum of achieving said goals...however, like my dad used to say when we planted ourselves in front of the TV for a full Saturday of college football, the MOMENTUM change is always only one play away!
I think MOMENTUM is on our side recently, mainly because of a few outside catalysts from mentors and friends, especially @theupsidedownlife whose 21st birthday we celebrate today! Thanks for my first attempt at H2H and helping me get back from shoulder surgery - looking forward to so many good things to come!
I've noticed for some, that when things start to become serious or you become content with things in life you may still feel like something is not enough. You try to fill this void maybe with work, alcohol, friends, lovers, drugs, or material things. Did that make you feel any better? Most likely not. Where does this come from? Why are you not satisfied? Look within. What areas are you suppressing that these feelings still continue to occur? Your gut will speak to you. All you have to do is listen✨
TOUCHDOWN!!! It's been just over a year since my very first baby chest stand. I've been trying to get to straight legs ever since, stretching my back for at least 30 min every other day. Contortion is slow and I did a LOT of things wrong before figuring out how to do them right. I am a naturally front bendy person so back bends are hard for me. Back bendy is possible frands! Just gotta #werk
Over 100 animal activists from all over the country came out yesterday to protest #RinglingBros for the final time. Thank you to all who came yesterday and have been a part of the fight over the years. This is definitely a big win, but there is still more work to do. We don't know what Ringling plans to do with their wild animals, and there are still smaller circuses that use wild animals for their shows. To get involved and help continue the fight please contact us at cwint.org. #animalslivesaretheirright#animalsarenotours#boycottthecircus#circus#compassionworks
Photo by @anavilla73 in Mexico City! It's been about 24 hours since I have been in this beautiful city and I could not be more happy (well, if @thomwalljuggler were here that would be perfect!!)! I have been staying with Ana and @yoandresaguilar and niñas. We have eaten amazing food, explored places I couldn't have even dreamed of, and had many coffees. More to come! I love it here!!! Also, I found a restaurant for people like me: blondes. XD .
