Museum Campus, Chicago: Last Wednesday, I had the pleasure of seeing Cavalia, Odesseyo. Odysseo indicates it's a follow up show from the original Cavalia that began touring in the early 2000s. It completely exceeded my expectations! I probably would not have sought out a show like this had I not heard about it through @windycityblogco (and the crazy advertising around the city) but I am so glad I went! While the simple description I kept using was "cirque du soleil with horses," it was also reminiscent of Game of Thrones and West World, and the horses were as much performers as the humans. The stunts defied gravity and the live band added another element to the experience. It's in town until May 7 and you can use code "social" for 15% off tickets! #hungerlusttravel#odysseochi#odysseo
I suggest you go take a look at my good friend @countingwhatifs work. His other account also @astateofwanderlust Now I could be sharing this for two reason. One, just giving a shout out to my good friend or two, my computer is complete full of pictures and I can't upload nothing new to edit and share... LoL I'll just let you guys be the judge. 😁🤣🤔
I mean no complaining when I have nothing to eat and / or after a long and exhausting day at work. While I'm still at the comfort of my means, some people are happy sharing the uncertainty of their daily means just to survive.
I mean no complaining.
