Men don't listen to their partners needs. Because men don't listen, their partner won't talk about her real problems to him. But she will find someone who will listen and when she does, she will often transfer her affection. This spells trouble.
The same can be said with a personal trainer and his clients. You don't listen to their needs. So they easily go elsewhere.
This is why it is so important to understand the method of communication. Listening is an art.

🔹 It is very important to spend sufficient time in the positions you want to achieve in movements you are training, doing so will facilitate you in becoming more efficient in these movements 🔹
➡️ This is one of the joint mobilisation drills I did before my last leg training session.
It is an Ankle Mobilisation Drill to improve Dorsiflexion.
➡️ If you are having difficulty Squatting to proper depth ( Proper Depth ) being your Femur below parallel to the floor, then I highly suggest you not only spend time mobilising your Hips, Glutes, Lumbar Spine and Thoracic Spine, but also your Ankles, as the mobility of them plays a considerable role in you achieving a great Squat.
➡️ It's very important to achieve good levels of flexibility and joint integrity, particularly if you're moving heavy weights in a complex movement like the back squat.
➡️ I spend a good 3 - 5 minutes in this position. The band you see in the picture is positioned through the midline of my Glutes, this is pulling my hips forward, and allowing me to maintain thoracic extension.
➡️ What you do not want to do in this position is pelvic tilt, or what is commonly known as "Butt Wink" ... This refers to the moment at the bottom of a squat when the pelvis begins to rotate backward and slip under the body, this is also known as "Posterior Pelvic Tilt."
Not only is this a mechanically weak position, but when it's severe, it can be harmful to your lower back.
