Bob was whining about how much I've been picking on him lately so I went and got a new jumprope to play with. Did 15 minutes of HIIT alternating between single/double unders(double is when I'm in the air and it goes under my feet twice before I land), running in place, and cursing like a sailor every 4-11 seconds when I'd mess up (no, seriously). 15 minutes doesn't sound like a lot but when you're pushing the pace it's quite miserable. Give it a shot!
And if you suck even worse than me or don't have a rope just mimic the movements and you'll be wishing you had a rope to mess up with in no time!
