Great News for Florida Residents! There are no more waiting periods to become a qualified patient. There is no more sales taxes on CBD and medicinal cannabis products; and the Office of Medical Marijuana Use now has a Patient Helpline to assist with inquires regarding the status of your Medical Marijuana Use Registry Card. Also, the State has expanded the list of health conditions to include AIDS, ALS, Cancer, Crohn's, Chronic nonmalignant pain ( caused by a qualifying medical condition or that originates from a qualifying medical condition and persists beyond the usual course of that qualifying medical condition), epilepsy, glaucoma, HIV positive status, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, PTSD, any terminal condition diagnosed by a physician other than the qualified physician issuing the certification, and any condition that is a similar type or class to the prior conditions listed.
