Dneska to byl masakr. Káva, kofein, synefrin a do toho monster...a nakoplo mě to teda dokonale.👌 2h trénink. Mrtvoly, dřepy a podrtit tricák. Benche na úzko, francouzský tlaky, dipy. A pak na hoďku a půl ještě běhat. Od tý doby, co jedu silový tréninky, tak nedělám kardio (když nepocitam dropsety a pumpování a 12opakovani😀) a moje kondička je v prdeli. Tak jsem uběhla kilák, plíce ještě 500m za mnou😀 takže začnu pomalu přidávat a zase nějak normálně ubehnout můj klasický 5km okruh, aniž bych měla infarkt😀 a taky s tím, kolik másla do mě padá, tak ať ze mě není koule. Jídla se nevzdám, takže musím přidat na tréninzích.😀 a v lesoparku u nás udělali workoutovy hriste a je tam turu nunu bench. Depending on time & what training is on that day etc I'll try & get an extra small meal in!.. In and around my sessions I'll be drinking water with dextrose (glucose) in + some warm lemon water before bed!..

A few KEY 🔑 things you must do in EACH variation of the stretch:
📍Squeeze the glute in the leg that has the knee on the ground.
📍maintain a neutral pelvis (try to imagine your pelvis as a bowl of water, you don't want water to fall out the front or the back, keep the bowl level).
📍locks the ribs down to prevent extension through the lumbar spine.

1️⃣This first variation is the easiest, although still very effective. Best to start with this version then progress in to the harder ones.
2️⃣Raising the foot will add a stretch to the quad. The higher you raise the foot the more of a stretch you'll feel through the quad/hip flexor. 
3️⃣Using a heavy band to distract the head of the femur in the acetabulum 
will provide a more intense hip flexor stretch. (Taken from @mobilitywod)
4️⃣Using the band as well as raising the foot is the more the advanced version(but not the most advanced) and will result in the greatest hip flexor/quad stretch. •
