People often say that motivation doesn't last. ✌🏼Well neither does bathing, that's why we recommend it daily ❤💋
Today is one of those days I'm just not feeling it and I'm searching high and low for motivation .
Some days it's easy to jump out of bed, down my liquid gold energy boost and push play ➡️➡️➡️ and other days, I struggle to get up, waste my morning and skip my workout.
When this happens, I have to remind myself of WHY I'm on this journey and what my GOALS are:
👊🏼I love the "after workout feeling," that energy rush that gets my day going and the feeling of accomplishment first thing in the morning 👊🏼 😬I always REGRET not doing it 😬

Sometimes you just have to think out loud and have a little pep talk to change your MINDSET. Mindset is EVERYTHING and after writing out that list, I'm determined to squeeze in my workout!! So many GOOD reasons WHY to push those NEGATIVE thoughts right out the way ✌🏼#BYE .
