Happy #internationalhandstandday ! A few years ago I dislocated my elbow (accident not circus related) and it ruined my career because my elbow would not straighten or lock and handstands were impossible. Slowly over the years my elbow has gotten straighter and straighter with lots of painful stretching, but still won't lock.. but now I can struggle to compensate and do handstands.. they will always be a struggle for me as my elbow will probably never lock again, but I will do my wonky handstands with pride! 😓❤️🤸🏻♀️
Today's #ColourMyEveryDay theme is 'food'. My food item is cupcake because they're sweet, fun and colourful 🍰 🌈 Even the Queen of Hearts can't resist them ♥️😸 Scroll across to see my 4 Adventures in Wonderland headdresses 🎩🐰😸♥️♣️

Improve your act and make your performances unforgettable! Drawing on her extensive training in acting, theatre and dance, Üla teaches the art of storytelling through the medium of burlesque. Many great dancers do beautiful routines that are lacking that special “something” that make them extraordinary. Using techniques found in her mentor’s book, “The Actor As Storyteller,” this workshop focuses on acting and specificity of movement to form a clear narrative – skills that will put your act over the top. .
