Week 3 of #3weekyogaretreat started today. It has been a mind blowing experience and so happy I decided to give it a try. The best part about this program is how it broke down every move so that beginners like me could do it. I have no regrets, and will be incorporating yoga into my workout regimen going forward. It has become my happy place. If you are interested in finding your happy place, inbox me.😊😉 #fitness#yoga#goaldigger#grinding#newthings#beginner
The death of winter and my rebirth into spring has been honestly quite uncomfortable..the momentum forward is powerful and I am working to keep up with all the new creations pouring out of my spirit. As I dust off the cobwebs and re-awaken my body to acclimate to spring (my body itchy, my skin peeling) I continue to surrender to the changes that are occurring on a very deep level. Remembering to let go of what is not serving and allow space for the newness of this season... .
With that, a new website is emerging, creating momentum forward, helping me get more clear on my offerings and what I'm birthing into the world as a healing facilitator.
Working on courses, curriculum, retreats, workshops, classes, packages, videos, audios..I am out of my comfort zone, but know that taking on more responsibility means more freedom in my life..Because life is a paradox. .
I've found that to be most effective in the work and really bring forth change multiple one on one sessions are vital! Why? Because we unconsciously store painful memories and trauma within our physical and energetic systems, our mind will do anything to hold onto this pain and NOT allow us to feel through it, ultimately leading to the release of a negative belief pattern that we have held onto for far too long, that we probably created as a form of protection, but no longer serves us or our life now.
April will be the last month I am offering 3 (75 minute) breath sessions for $333...
•If you are ready to let go of negative thought patterns and belief systems stored within the physical and energetic body.
•If you are ready to create new positive thought forms and become your very own healer.
•If you are ready to take responsibility for your health and wellness.
Send me a message, let's plant some seeds, get clear on what you are nurturing, and release what no longer serves your greatest being. I offer both in person and online sessions.

Do you perceive change as friend or foe?
Of course, the answer depends on the change.
Whether welcome or unwelcome, we can harness the energy of change and use it to our advantage by shifting our perspective.
It seems that we suffer when change happens where we don’t really want it to, or, conversely, doesn’t happen where we really want it to occur.
We can choose to see change as an ally or an enemy and it will respond accordingly.
We can learn how the dynamic of change works and align with it in a manner which serves us in healthy, life-affirming ways or we can stay stuck... pushing against it.
The downside to resisting change is that it will have its way; it will eventually wear us out.
It has been said that in a contest between a river and a rock the river always wins.
Why? Because the river is willing to follow the natural call of gravity, going over, under, around or, eventually, through the rock, to its destiny which, as with all water, is to ultimately merge with the ocean.
The rock is stuck where it is, relentlessly pushing against the river, resisting the natural flow of water until, over a long enough period of time, it’s worn down to a pebble.
The power in this metaphor is that, if we are fully awake, every day when we get out of bed, we can choose whether we will be the rock or the river.
The question I leave you to ponder is: Are you the river or the rock?
And if you find you are being a rock today, what might you be clinging to?
Where in your life might you be resisting change or trying to force it to happen before its time?
The practice is to take a deeeeeep breath, trusting and knowing that the river knows where it is going and let go.
You’ll be amazed how embracing change will “change” your life.
