Thought I would start your Tuesday off with a booty burner 💪🏻.
Growing the glutes isint always about the heaviest weight you can lift. Your derrière is made up of 3 muscles- maximus, medius and minimus and they all do many things , such as thigh extension, abduction and rotation.
Therefore because your glutes do so many movements - You equally need to include a variety of exercises and different weights and rep ranges to build well rounded glutes.
So the fundamental message from my rant is, don't stick to one exercise (barbell squat 🙄) switch it up!
Start with these sumo squats into overhead curtsy lunges using moderate weight and a 12-15 rep range🙌💪🏻.
