Series: Ladakh Photologue: Day 1 and 2 "The Atlas" "So, let's finally review the bags we have on bike and how to arrange them", Komal started the conversation while having second cup of tea within an hr
"Okies, we have two duffle bags. One is for medicines, first-aid kit, toiletries, and cosmetics including sunscreens etc. And the second one has all the electric stuff including chargers, torches, extra batteries and power-cells, spanners, air-filter, and extended toolkit. They'll both go on either side of the bike. We will have to tie them daily but that should be easy since they'll rest on frame's base on either side", Rahul explained. "Then there is this saddle bag which will have our clothes and will be seated over pillion seat", he continued. "Then there is this big rucksack which has warm clothes, jackets, extra pair of shoes, towels, rain wear, caps etc. It will go on the rear of the luggage frame". "Then there is a small backpack which will have some utilities like a sunscreen, water bottle, some quick eatable, napkins etc, which you'll need to carry on your shoulder. But yeah, it'll be easy because it will rest against the big rucksack tied on rear while you are seated on bike", he further added. "Finally, there is this tank bag which contains all the camera gear we are carrying and it will have a place right near my lap, on the tank". After a moment of silence, he said, "we'll also need to fit this tripod somewhere. Maybe we can put it in Vinam's car along with these 2 bags full of edible and ready-to-cook stuff, including chips, biscuits, ready to cook upma, poha, nutella packs and tons of other things". "Noooooooooooo, we'll not put anything in Vinam's car apart from these 2 bags with eatables. We'll manage everything on bike only, otherwise we should ourselves go in our own car"
