Farmer's market strolls in beautiful, historic downtown Williamsburg are so relaxing. There are dogs everyyyyywhere 🐶🐾 and so many lovely sights and smells.
I'm so glad that so many fruits and veggies are coming back into season!! Look at the size of that strawb!!! 👀👀 I also picked up a bundle of asparagus and a growler full of Blackberry Hibiscus @ninja_kombucha 😍❤️

Today is going to be a busy one. •I have to do my HIIT workout and my BBG week 10 abs workout. •clean my house like a mad woman to get ready for my essential oil make & take tonight. •plan out meal prep for tomorrow. Only prepping for 3 days next week because we have a mini vacation next weekend!

Off to the gym this morning without my bodyguard. Waaaahhhh. Creepers everywhere. I need to chop off my hair. Ugh. You guys... the scale is NOT moving. But i cant lie - im not paying attention to what im eating. Eekkkk. Silly Kim youre an idiot! Well at least i didnt get cupcakes or donuts like i wanted to last night. Ill thank my best friend for that. He distracted me from my cravings. Boom. Happy Saturday! Thought it was sunday for a second. Fuck! 😂
Breakfast 😛 I got the Whole 30 book yesterday. I don't plan on following the program in its entirety (traveling makes it really tough), but I'm going to start using it as a structure for my meals. This was a delicious way to start my Saturday. Eggs with spinach, tomato, red pepper flakes and avocado... this is #whatsonmyplate . Tagged girls, show us what you're eating!
Wild post-workout hair 👩🎤 Week 13 arms DONE 👊🏼💥Channelled @notesfromtheshire_bbg and pushed through. I was so surprised that I got through push ups without much bother but side raises were so tough! Felt good and I'm excited to be in a routine again.

Starting Wednesday and running through Friday I start some of my exams that determine if I get college credit or not. Good thing is, they are the only ones I have to take!! Planning on being on my mat as much as possible this week so I don't start stressing out too bad 🙊

Just back in from this morning's run. Not my best but got it done anyway. One of those mornings where everything feels like a bit more of an effort than it should, even going super slowly. But I didn't push it, just went with what my body felt like and it was fine! ⠀

Week 39 abs done. As always with abs, I'd like to have tagged on some cardio to the end for a proper sweat, but by the time I'd finished it was 10:30 and I needed some breakfast! It's tough to do a fasted workout after a very late finish at work, but I wanted it out of the way so I can get on with my Saturday 😎
I somehow passed up the opportunity to go to York to watch York City get relegated with the boy today 🙈😂, so have a lovely Saturday to myself, lunching with friends and maybe a naughty bit of shopping for the new house 🙊

We spent the day in Ikea shopping for essentials to our new home that we are moving into next week, and I can't wait to have our own space!! Since we arrived to Australia four month ago I feel I've truly transformed to a happy person who is learning to live in the moment and not worry quite as much as I used to. It seems that sometimes it's necessary to go trough a struggle to appreciate the really good. Happy Saturday everyone! Xx
Good morning you beautiful lot! I ended up driving for about 7 hours yesterday so my back is quite stiff this morning! Did some #yoga this morning and it's the first time I have ever done it first thing - wow it really showed how stiff I was! 😱
And now having some breakfast - this is actually lentils! I looked some red split lentils in water and then added some @alpro coconut milk at the end. Then added some @totalsweetxylitol, @lucybeecoconut maca and @pulsinandbeond rice protein. Then topped with @kokodairyfree coconut yogurt, @meridianfoods almond and coconut butter, kiwi, @tescofood frozen pomegranate seeds, @grapetreefoods coconut flakes and @sevenhillswholefoods goji berries.

as I finally finished another amazing milestone of #BBG1 today, I found myself wondering why I haven’t been able to give my @coffee.n.squats the TLC I once gave it before! I used to be super gung-ho about updating, showing you #whatsonmyplate , checking in on my friends that I’ve made, etc etc - but as of lately I haven’t been able to give it all the attention I gave it before. the same goes with making our friendships in person and keep those relationships up! .
well, over the past few months I had to rebalance my life and I feel that I’ve been the busiest ever in the past 7 years! I not only have to fit in my #bosslady career, I’ve been working on some other ventures including teaching a photography workshop in LA, and some others that… I will share later! there are so many amazing opportunities that came knocking and I just couldn’t have passed them up!
I thought to myself "what it was like when I was still working at my corporate job pre 2011?" I had all the freedom in the world after work and on the weekends to do whatever, whenever, however I wanted. would I go back to it? sometimes I actually think about it - but I remind myself I’m an evolved woman, and the girl that I was in 2011 is lightyears behind where I am today. .
I’m happy that exercising and staying healthy is a lifestyle I love. it brings me happiness, joy, and satisfaction that’s feels simply rewarding. I hope that I’m currently setting up foundations and career building blocks to my future so that I can begin to incorporate more of a social life again! I’m happy that I do make time for some, and so happy I have an amazing workout partner @burn.dem.buns! but what about you? If you probably read this far, what would it take to set time aside to get sweaty at the gym? have you been wanting to get "healthy" but it's been said over and over again? what's stopping you?? -------

This week has been so busy! Had two interviews back to back today and got hired on the spot😍Was feeling anxious about post-grad job hunting but finally going to be getting some clinical experience! Happy Friday😛
Well that's not fair! I completed this challenge in well under 30 minutes (around 26) and it's logged my stretching in to the time counted 🙄 That was hard work and I procrastinated doing it because I knew it would be. But I enjoyed it and am happy it's done 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼My abs are still sore from Thursday and lay down push ups hurt when my tummy was pressed against the floor 😣
Man this has been an ass kicker of a week! My string of bad luck continues. Been at the hospital all day with family but I managed to squeeze in a quick 30 min BBG abs sesh before heading back! I know my body and mind and needed to workout. Part of why I love BBG... 30 min is doable. One of these days I'm gonna kick ass back ugh lol. TGIF isn't even a thing for me the last two weekends now! Whew exhausted.
I had to document my hair down. This happpens maybe 4-5 times a month, because #momlife . Right after this my 1.5 year old walked up to me and gave me a hug so sweetly and then threw up down my shirt. 🙈 so, TGIF! 😂🙌🏻
Well kinda 🙈 this was after arm day on Wednesday and these bad boys are still burnin! I love working triceps but for some reason my shoulders are what get the most volume. What's your fav to workout? #flexfriday
So apparently we (my #muscles 💪🏽 and I) have been #bulking this month. I didn't agree to this, but my obsessive nut-butter 🥜 and #granola addiction took control of the situation. While I don't LOVE that my tummy and hips have a bit more squish than usual, I am enjoying the extra oomph in my #legs , #booty #🍑 and #biceps . April has been a 🤷🏼♀️ "meh" month for me, but I'm feeling a lot better having started #BBG2 , and knowing that #summer#bikiniprep is OFFICIALLY ON! 👙🌴🏖 Goodbye for now, #nutbutter deliciousness.
