I saved my #liss up for today & did the Spit Bridge - Manly walk (12km's) & man every part of it was breathtaking! Such a gorgeous walk! Any Sydney babes - get on it!! It was also a challenging walk with plenty of stairs but it was all worth it 👌🏼Walked alongside one of my dear friends (who is a #bbgbabe too) & it was a pretty perfect Saturday! 💕👣👭 Hope you all had a fab day too! ✌🏼xx

I'm behind on week24 resistance workouts...I've done my catch ups and some elliptical sessions so I've not really been slacking. Tbh...when I've looked at the last week it feels me with dread!! So, what is everyone's plans once they've finished BBG2?
I don't know what to do??? Restart 2? Go back to BBG1 or something completely different? Jillian Michaels?
Done!! 24 weeks and two rounds of #bbg1 wow wow wow. I started 4 months postpartum with prebbg and have not missed a workout for the entire 28 weeks with the sad exception of this last week. I have really loved this program and my normal weekly routine now includes the resistance workouts, they are achievable, enjoyable and perfect even if you have to do them all at home during naptime 😂 I've not slimmed down as much as others because my diet hasn't been perfect but my fitness has increased ridiculously! On to #bbg2 when I'm feeling a bit better! 💪👍

Well kind of...I accidentally did week 24 legs again instead of the full body, haha! I was halfway through the circuits and I thought geez, why is this such a leg burner when it's full body? Lol I didn't mind, I love legs 😊 I do want to get that full body in though. After LISS tomorrow and full body whenever I get around to it, I plan on posting progress photos. I'm kind of sad to see this round end actually, I felt like I grew so much in every way, strength and self love. This round was all about finding my balance and learning to truly love my body. It's been a slow process but I've learned so much from the community and I am slowly getting there.

Happy Friday! The gym is so empty on Friday night it's a pleasure. I got such a great workout! Some days are horrible, some days are good, nothing we can do about it. I just embrace the great days, tu push through during the bad ones. 🙏

I realized that I don't look at myself in the mirror so much anymore, so I have no idea where I'm at in terms of progress, which makes me think there is no progress. So watch out for half naked progress pictures, I will try and make one sometime. 👙😜

Well, gals, we've made it! Fri-YAY indeed. I was feeling super low on energy this morning -- I think a result of both over-exerting myself a bit yesterday and my TOM -- so my plans to do both #bbgweek14 Abs and HIIT turned into Abs only. All good, though, as I know from past experience what happens when I DON'T listen to my body!! 🤒🤧😩.

Some days you wake up and feel slim & toned. Other days you feel like a busted can of biscuits. 😂 today I woke up feelin like the can of biscuits and instead of being mopey about it I got to the gym, demolished my workout, drank some water & was home by 6:30 am. 👌🏼BEFORE I EVEN GET THE FLACK. I am aware I do not look like a busted can of biscuits. I felt dehydrated. 😂 it's stupidly hot here in AZ & yesterday I barely drank any water. 🤦🏼♀️ who's fault? Mine. OWN YA MISTAKES.
