The final street crossing of our field trip this morning. By the time I got across the street to the front lawn of our campus, about 5 of my kiddos were sprawled out on the grass! 😂 I guess I wore them out! After a walking field trip with my class this morning, I'm feeling a little dehydrated. I hadn't counted my water until just a few minutes ago. Looks like I need at least another 22 ounces of water today!

Yep thank God! Because I am not so sure I'll be able to source veggies at the rest stop. I packed extra apples and almonds and my giant water bottle!

I've had a TON of questions 💬 lately about what I do as a coach!! 🏃🏻♀️ Let me share... I signed up as a coach in the beginning primarily for selfish reasons! I wanted to lose 30 pounds of stress weight and I definitely wanted to do it at a discount!
I had NO idea where it would take me... and honestly it's really happened very naturally.. I lost weight, felt amazing and shared my story on social media. Then people took notice and wanted to join me!! It's evolved over the years in what I do because of my growing team who have themselves had great transformations and are paying it forward!

▶️ I push play and get my workout in daily!!🏋🏻♀️💪🏼 📚📱I read or listen to 15 mins of personal development to grow myself as a person and a leader. 👏🏻 I run private groups on an app for your cell phone 📱 to help hold people accountable with their health & fitness, which also holds me accountable!!❤️
👩🏻💻One on one calls with coaches & challengers to help with their goals 👩🏻🏫 I train my team how to duplicate what I do!

I can't remember the last time I ran 3 days in a row. My body was complaining a bit today so I may need to do something else tomorrow. What I really need is a day of yoga, but the competitive side of me says no way. I get no steps with yoga. That's going to have to wait until the weekend. Who else plans their workout by how many steps you'll rack up for a Fitbit challenge? 🙋🙋🙋

My upper body workout this morning. I look at this picture from this morning and my mind immediately turns finding something wrong. .
So, I am going to purposely focus on the positive!
💫I feel 💪 and healthy. 💫My shoulders, both of which have torn rotator cuffs, feel stronger every day and the modifications are slowly dwindling. 💫I continue to see increasing definition in my arms I have NEVER before seen!
💫After having to drop down to no weights at all due to my rotator cuffs, I have recently been able to increase my weights again - my light weights to 5 pounds and my heavy weights to 8 pounds. Working towards my former weights at 8 & 10 pounds.
💫 I have now successfully gotten my workout in first thing, 23 days in a row! A major improvement while struggling with the fatigue caused by menopause.
💫I no longer want to just curl up and sleep late! I once again WANT to get up and get my workout in.
One of the benefits of all the support I get from my accountability groups is that there are 150 women, just like me, who have my back! .
They are here every day, encouraging me and each other, to keep pushing for more. Keep working hard and to RECOGNIZE the positive changes we are making in our lives every day, physically and emotionally!

Y además de la mano de una mujer maravillosa que ha preparado un espectáculo impresionante. Todo original, con el trabajo que eso conlleva, con una obra de teatro que lleva el peso, con niñas que van desde los 2 años y medio hasta nosotras. .

You know it's been a while since you've gone out for a run when you leave the house without running shoes and don't realize you have the wrong shoes on until you are almost home. I've obviously been away from it for too long. Either that, or it's Monday. 😆👟👟What's your workout today?
Day 22...I haven't missed a morning in 22 Days! Adding the extra weights takes some getting used to. The crazy thing is, I used to carry more than 16 extra pounds on me. Double that! No wonder I was tired and sore all the time! I am so thankful to be feeling stronger and healthier! #fecoach#strivecoach#itsmonday#getitdone
