Princess Leia and this quote = awesome. Which has me love @titleboxingclubseattle even more. Physical activity is not my favorite. Working out in public has always been really uncomfortable for me. But I've always wanted to take boxing classes and I am committed to being physically active for my long-term health. So I signed up in Feb and have kept going (with a few weeks skipped). With each week it has gotten more comfortable. Everyone there has been so welcoming and encouraging. Here's the point: places and people exist that will support your goals and make you feel welcome. That can make a world of difference. Surround yourself with those people. #badassery#leadership#wellbeing#boxing#dreambig#support#love#princessleia#somedayillbeabletodoarealpushup

CONSISTENCY II Timing and quality. And you need both.
Who’s ever fallen into the trap of running your guts out on the content/social media treadmill? You know, where you’re so hell-bent on showing up consistently and sticking to your schedule that you start to numb out a bit and lose the point.
Consistency is not just good, it’s critical in a decent content strategy, but there’s two sides to it.
Timing (consistency in showing up) and quality (consistency in great value).
The treadmill happens when showing up takes priority over your value. And this is not a good thing. It’s not just a waste of time, but it will damage your brand and your reputation over time.
Instead, focus on quality first and create a schedule around producing that quality consistently. Combine that with a long term approach to your content and in 12-18 months, you’ll be so glad you did.
I’m talking about this stuff and the framework that I’ve developed to go with it in the Like A Boss virtual summit that starts on 1 July.
When you sign up for the summit, you’ll not only see a me talking about everything you’ve just read here in more detail, but you’ll also be able to download the framework PDF so you can start applying it to your content today.
PLUS! You’ll also hear from 15 other bosses who will also share their knowledge bombs on how to grow yourself and your business.
If you haven’t already, you can read more on the blog and sign up to the summit there as well for free! The link’s in the bio 👆
