Nice 4 miles easy this evening ahead of my rest day tomorrow, before the big 5k on Saturday! I need a rest this week my old body is aching after that session last night. However i have felt. Little strange in the morning this week few firing nerves and od feelings. I am just putting it doing to age 😂😂😂😂

Siłownia jest dla mnie najlepszym resetem umysłu. Wchodząc tam wyłączam się, skupiając się tylko na treningu. Zmęczenie sprawia mi radość, powoduje, że pojawia się mnóstwo nowych pomysłów, pozwala na świeżo spojrzeć na te trudne sprawy i znaleźć zawsze trafne rozwiązanie. Często się słyszy, że na siłownię chodzą same cwaniaki, bandziory, osoby, które wpierdalają w siebie tony koksu i zamiast mózgu mają płynne gówno. Cóż, mówią to zwykle ludzie, którzy nie mają takiej determinacji, samozaparcia i nie potrafią zrobić czegoś raz, a dobrze. Ja nie robię tego na pokaz. Robię to tylko i wyłącznie dla siebie. To, że później latem na plaży ludzie się oglądają tylko cieszy i uświadamia Cię, że idziesz w dobrym kierunku. 😀

As it's Thursday I decided to post this photo is the @wearwolfclothinguk boys, will be soon coming up to a year since we last all met up so hopefully we can meet up soon before @_ckfitness moves back home😪
I'm almost a month into my cut and I've almost lost a stone😅😱 I'm also starting to see some changes in my strength as well which is to be expected but I'm holding on to it for as long as I can. Also I've started to get veins in places that I didn't know I could😂. I've learnt a lot about my body this last month, how I react to sodium for example if I don't get enough I get headaches but if I have to much I get bloated out (don't ask me why😂) .
I also hold more water on myself in my arms when I don't drink enough during the day but then if I do then it sits on my chest!!! How our body's work are honestly so messed up but so intriguing just baffs me. -

John Landy is an Australian middle-distance runner. He is the second man to break the 4 minute mile after #RogerBannister . At first he started running to stay in shape for other sports until his natural talent was recognized by coach #PercyCerutty . 5th in his heat in the #1500m (3:57.0) and 10th in his heat in the #5000m (14:56.4) at the #1952HelsinikiOlympicGames . On June 21st 1954 in Turku, Finland in a race including #ChristopherChataway , Landy broke the 4 minute #mile setting the world record in 3:58.0 and a 3:41.8 1500m world record enroute. On August 7th 1954 at the Vancouver, Canada #BritishEmpireGames Landy met Bannister in the final on the mile. The meeting of these two titans was known as “The Miracle Mile” and “Race of the Century.” Bannister won in 3:58.8 and Landy second in 3:59.6 making it the first time two men went sub-4 in a single race. At the 1956 Australian national Championships in the 1500m #RonClarke was clipped at went down, Landy then stopped running and went back to see if Clarke was okay. Landy then went on to win the race and this gesture of sportsmanship is recognized by a bronze statue in Melbourne. 3rd in the 1500m (3:42.0) at the #1956MelbourneOlympicGames . John Landy was also the athlete representative to read the #OlympicOath at the Melbourne Games. Later in his career Landy was the Governor of Victoria from 2001 and retiring in 2006. He is also a agricultural scientist and has written two books on natural history. Personal bests: 3:41.8 in the 1500m; 3:58.0 in the mile; and 13:27.4 in the 3 mile.
The inaugural Urban Grind Tower Run was a huge success! Congrats to all 516 participants who took part in the timed section and the nearly 900 who ventured up the 633 steps of the Harbour Centre, in Vancouver. Results can be found here:
