My thought for today…Self-observation... With this you can see which attitude constantly runs through your mind as your inner dialogue… When you do this you will learn to recognize which circumstances set off certain emotional responses…think about which emotions do you want to use to fill your life ... This is very enlightening, because you may discover you've been feeding your mind with "I can't do that"or "I'm so stupid" " I'm not happy ",or "i hate that"... The act of noticing how you are feeling can allow you to release or let go of a stuck or stagnant feelings or a self-sabotaging habits ... Observe yourself so that you become aware of and choosing your behavior rather than operating unconsciously..Just the act of awareness will release you from the habit...
remember who you really are—a powerful, wise, loving, creative, connected, compassionate spirit...allow that aspect of yourself to become known...Practicing self-observation allows you to see when you are behaving in alignment with your goals, desires and your values, and when you are not...you will begin to notice that your thoughts create your feelings. When you feel bad, or hurt, or angry or jealous, trace those feelings to what you are thinking. ..You will likely discover that your thoughts, even more so than reality, are what are creating the way you feel...When you are aware of what you are doing, what you are feeling you realize that you have choices and choices are what make you powerful...say to yourself... Our body gives us messages that we often miss to read. Every physical issue usually means some emotional problem lying underneath it.
Cancer: Cancer is a growing problem today. We have lost loved ones to this disease or know of someone who has or is going through this.
